Once we purchased a membership, there wasn’t an ongoing relationship - you’re on your own. Unfortunately, because of this, it was out of sight, out of mind and we did not use the service as much as I’d hope.

I have been using Lorman Education Services to work towards the recertification of my CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) credentials. I have found Lorman to be an viable resource and, combined with APA courses, I am continuously earning needed RCH's to pursue my renewed certification. I signed up for the "all access pass" and have found it to useful for a variety of on-line courses beyond CPP recertification. I believe that Lorman's presenters include a variety of "real world" professionals who share their experiences with the audience. I would definitely recommend Lorman for their wide array of courses.

The amount of classes available for my profession are very much limited and all are live instructor classes to receive the credit. As my "extra time" during my work day are severely limited, I am more than will to take an exam at the end of the class in order to receive my credits.

I have always had a good experiance with whoever I ended up dealing with.

I'm having problems trying to download reference materials to my external drive. For example Reference Material pages 1-50. I have an all access pass.

The courses are informative but some of the presenters are distracted or not prepared to discuss the topics.

I enjoyed using your services. The webinars were informative and educational. There was such a wide variety of topics and courses to choose from. The All Access Pass made it very easy and convenient when making a selection. Your customer service representatives were also excellent. Anytime I had an issue or question they very helpful and quick to fix the issue. Thank you.

The courses are substantive and worth the time!

From start to finish- the process of signing up, participating in a class and getting the credits is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Recently took 3 classes and they were all well presented! I asked questions along the way and the presenters addressed all of them- It was like I was there!

Trainers are seasoned professionals with in-field experience. The courses offered are of a wide variety and can be tailored to a specific learning path. I am only 2 months into using my membership and I find it to be a worthy investment.

I have subscribed to Lorman All Access Pass for over 2 years, and it is my go to resource for training of any kind. I have found their webinars, both on demand and live, to be extremely thorough and well laid out, and their instructors very knowledgeable.

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a resource to hone their skills with "on the fly" access to almost all topics. I have yet to uncover a void in the items I am looking for.
