My 25yo daughter tired from a no-sleep redeye flight, made a spur-of-the-moment purchase at LotteDutyfree in Melbourne and received the wrong Chanel perfumes costing several hundred dollars. She didn't discover this until she had left the international terminal. After multiple phone calls and texts over the next week, a woman named Hiral stepped up and came out to domestic when my daughter was leaving for the Gold Coast, took back the incorrect perfume and gave full refund.
Would be 5 stars if they were initially more responsive, but all good in the end.

This is a rip off and a tourist trap. "Duty Free" prices here are exactly the same as what it costs at Dan Murphy's.
