Per me esperienza negativa da 5 stelle…
Ho acquistato un portafoglio che dopo solo tre anni dove uno è stato nell’armadio si è scollato tutto e il bottone allargato…
Mi sono recata al negozio e parlato come loro dicono l’expert,che mi ha detto di dover rifare la laccatura al modico costo di 125 e bottone di altri 125 perché fuori garanzia….
Un portafoglio costato una cifra equivale ad oggi a uno di bancarella…
Mai più spenderei questi soldi … delusione totale

J'ai récemment acquis une paire de sneakers auprès de votre boutique Louis Vuitton située sur les Champs-Élysées à Paris. Ces sneakers, caractérisées par un intérieur bleu et un extérieur blanc, ont malheureusement déteint sur l'intégralité de mes chaussettes bleues. Suite à cela, j'ai eu recours à votre service de réparation. Après un délai d'un mois, j'ai reçu le courriel suivant :

« Nous vous recommandons d’éviter le port de chaussettes de couleur claire.
Votre paire est disponible dès à présent au Care Service et je vous invite à venir la récupérer à votre convenance.

Je dois avouer que cette réponse m'a profondément surpris et déçu, la considérant comme inappropriée de la part d'un professionnel.

Je me suis ensuite rendu au service client pour discuter de cette situation avec la personne ayant rédigé ce courriel. Lors de notre échange, cette personne a réitéré les mêmes conseils et m'a même suggéré de ne pas acquérir vos produits si je n'étais pas en mesure de suivre leurs recommandations.

Je tiens à préciser que l'interlocuteur en question est Thomas Servoz. Je vous invite à le contacter si vous souhaitez vérifier ces informations.

Je suis contraint de constater que la qualité de vos sneakers est décevante, et je ne saurais recommander l'achat de produits Louis Vuitton, qui semblent être fabriqués en Asie.

Esperienza molto deludente. Sono stato spinto ad acquistare un prodotto che in realtà non era disponibile, con la rassicurazione che la consegna sarebbe stata garantita secondo le mie esigenze. Promessa fatta evidentemente solo per chiudere la vendita.
Mi aspettavo un comportamento professionale e trasparente, soprattutto da un marchio che si presenta come “di lusso”, dove dovrebbe contare più la reputazione costruita negli anni che la vendita del singolo prodotto. Invece l’approccio è stato quello di un qualsiasi commerciante improvvisato.
Dopo oltre 20 giorni l’ordine risulta ancora “in attesa di validazione” e la data presunta di consegna è ormai passata da tempo. Il servizio clienti in chat WhatsApp sembra quasi infastidito dai solleciti, mentre telefonicamente mi viene semplicemente detto di aspettare, come se fosse tutto normale. Nessuno è in grado di fornire tempistiche reali: si limitano a prendere tempo e a scaricare la responsabilità sulla produzione o sul collega che ha gestito la vendita.
Un’esperienza che ricorda più la vendita da bancarella in una fiera che il livello di servizio che ci si aspetterebbe da un brand di questo tipo. Pessimo.

Un po deluso, premetto che non acquisto "tutti i giorni" questo marchio, per il suo valore, occhiali ok ma custodia con un piccolo taglio che di certo uno non si aspetta su occhiali di certo livello e marchio come louis vuitton

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe Louis Vuitton, pagandole circa mille euro. Mi aspettavo qualità e comodità all’altezza del prezzo, invece sono risultate estremamente scomode da indossare. Mi meraviglio che un marchio così rinomato offra prodotti tanto deludenti. Pessima esperienza, non acquisterò più.”

Mi e’ stato inviato un jeans da skate con motivo damier senza etichetta di originalità e con cuciture sfilacciate, dopo minuti di chat e telefonate al centro clienti mi dicono che il jeans in quella taglia non e’ più possibile cambiarlo. “Ai posteri l’ardua sentenza”

La faute vient de votre vendeur, j'ai passé beaucoup de temps à envoyer des SMS et à contacter, mais je n'ai toujours pas trouvé de solution. Je ne pense pas qu'une si grande marque de mode puisse faire autant d'erreurs. J'espère que votre service me fera revenir pour acheter à nouveau pour la prochaine fois.

Been a buyer of this brand along other luxury brand products ; This is by far the best shopping experience inside of store and website I was treated the way anyone who was spending over 2000 on items should be treated ; Unfortunately there are locations including other high end brands who kinda profile for race etc... but for the most part I was treated better here than other high end services online and in store

the style is not changing and prices are always high - for what it is too high - however amazing to see that their brand is always in trend.

HI have tried to order today, the order went through, you then sent me an email with no explanation as to why my order failed. Having contacted the bank you have taken the money from my account!

I have emailed back to the message also saying I didn't have the goods but have heard nothing. I cannot use the funds on my account as you have taken it, yet I don't have the Xmas present I ordered! I am hugely annoyed and frustrated and have wasted the morning trying to contact you and the bank about this. I will be contacting UK trading standards about your lack of contact avenues in the event of this type of situation primarily. For a company of your size and scale this is poor indeed. I would still like the product as its a requested gift for Xmas, but honestly the worst service I have seen! (additionally) it is now nearly 10pm and I have sent 4 emails and have still not heard anything back to my 4 emails. I have tried to call all day and want to log for anyone trying to order, that your phone line on the website 02079986286 is not working now, and has not worked all of today! I actually just want the bag you have taken the money for, this is a completely awful experience.

Jag ringde till kundtjänst 2 gånger. Behövde information om väska speedy30 via email.dom tog min email och lovade skicka information nästa dag men det har gått 3 veckor jag har inte fått nånting.
Oseriöst.
