Ordered a blanket on 2/22/26. After numerous emails and a request to cancel and refund my order on 3/5, they finally shipped it that day. Instead of canceling as requested, they shipped it and told me to mail it back once I received it. This would have cost another $10-15.00 and my time.
The blanket is identical to one I bought on Amazon for $30.00. It also had a horrible smell as if it had been in storage or possibly used.
Save yourself the time and money. Shop for waterproof dog blankets on Amazon. They work great and will save you a lot of cash and headache.

I ordered one on December 29th (today is March 9) and still have not received it. The company continues to lie to me and will not speak to me live.

Don't make my mistake. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

We did like the softness and waterproof protection. However, the size we ordered was a "king size" and although it might be the company's "king size" it's far from fitting a king size bed. It fits a queen size mattress top surface area only with no extra to tuck under the mattress. We move around a lot and we were constantly repositioning the blanket under us. Maybe built in elastic straps would be helpful.

I knew my lover had the gift of squirting. I enjoyed it several times outdoors and several times at home at the beginning of our relationship. Lately, the squirting orgasms had been fading. I didn’t realize that so little was needed to bring them back – this blanket. The fear of stains is gone, and we’re enjoying streams of pleasure again. I’m very happy! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! If I had known this blanket would change my life like this, I would have paid three times as much for it. 😄

I’m here SPECIFICALLY because the company asked for a review and when I provided it, they don’t post it because it’s not 5 stars. That’s fraud.

Anyway, the delivery time was much longer than advertised and every interaction I had was within an AI robot to defuse me rather than address my concerns. The product did eventually turn up and I guess it’s fine, but it’s not that nice.

super abusive return policy. they accept returns but you have to ship at your own expense to hong kong and it has to arrive within 14 days. hundreds of dollars in shipping fees? get real.

From my perspective, Love Blanket business practices are dishonest. The review email I was sent took me to the product page if I clicked on the negative options, and only to this form if I clicked the positive options. The unsubscribe text in the email was set within code which reduced the font size to a single pixel, essentially making it nearly invisible. The shipper the business uses without disclosure is SpeedX, a very low rated shipper who dumped my package in a puddle at the wrong house. Every part of the experience I have had with Love Blanket has felt dirty and manipulative. I will avoid this vendor now that I have seen their poor practices for myself. If you have such poor faith in the quality of your product that you need these deceitful business practices, I'm sure I can find vendors which surpass you in quality and honesty.

I love the concept but it takes forever to dry! We are going back to using towels since it’s easier to wash and dry them.

The product itself is good and well made. However, my experience with the US company was frustrating, especially as a European customer, where return or exchange periods start from the date of delivery, not the purchase date.

I placed my order on November 15, 2025, but the product only arrived on December 30, 2025. Way beyond the promised 3-10 days for UK & Europe.

I requested an exchange due to the product being way bigger and heavier than I could had imagined, for my surprise I was solely refused due to being beyond the 30 days window.

Although the chaotic and very long delivery time, the product came undamaged, but if it would had came damaged, they wouldn't take any responsability (because 30 days). This was confirmed to me after a serie of emails back and fourth I exchanged with customer service.

It is also worth noting that the shipment was handled by YT, company well known as one of the cheapest and slowest shipped from China logistics company commonly used by AliExpress/Alibaba/Temu sellers. Which likely explains the long delivery time but not the lack of transparency and responsability.

There althought the product is good, I wouldn't recommend to buy from this shop. It's not trustable.

The quick dry blanket has a very nice weighted feel to it

I paid for 2 blankets. 1 for a gift. For some odd reason they delivered them 2 days apart. I live in a large apartment complex, it was not delivered to my door, it was not put in a locked locker, it was an expensive blanket put in a clear bag and left supposedly in the mail room. I went to check for it as soon as I got home. Let customer service know I did not receive it. They won't take responsibility even though I did not receive it. The other was put in a locked locker, thankfully. But I PAID FOR 2 AND SHOULD HAVE 2. No replacement of refund offered after several exchanges with customer support. Told me to take it up with the courier WTF.

I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. Spreading the word that they have the worst customer service around.

I was sent the wrong items and received no support from customer service. They have stopped responding to any messages. I will never recommend them or order again

I ordered 2 blankets and a love pillow, almost $300. They sent 1 blanket and the pillow is a cheap blow up piece of garbage. They say their customer service is 24/7, no response. Honestly you can get a better quality blanket off amazon or at Costco for $50. The pillow is an add on and the one in their photos is completely different from what I got. Don't buy this crap this company is full of crap scam artists

Love the product just need a bigger blanket

I really like it. Softer than I expected. Very warm as well if you want to use it as a normal blanket. Has kept bed clean and dry when used for adult activities. Easy to toss in the washing machine.

The shipping and delivery was quick. The product works as advertised and I was really surprised. It is so soft and comfortable.
