Great seeing personal touches from people who obviously care about customers. Oversight with delivery of some wood pellets for use with my Ooni Pizza oven, as order should have included some firelighters. Sorted within 48hrs following one email. Polite email back and a lovely little handwritten note, including some complementary matches, when second package arrived.

Really cannot fault service, products or value & eco friendly too!

Wow very impressed. Ordered on the Friday morning arrived on the Saturday morning. Very reasonably priced and high quality product, very well presented. Even gave me some free Firestarters 👍 will be definitely using love logs again.

Really good quality logs, burn very clean and lasted ages. Would definitely recommend and though you can get cheaper elsewhere, you get what you pay for, plus its important to support our small/independent businesses right now.

Great quality wood and good service. I have only given 4 Stars not for product or service but as this is a great top up or last minute delivery but an expensive way to heat the home using kiln dried wood only (although I understand why)

The firefighters arrived swiftly; I lit an excellent fire yesterday using just one - great to have no nasty smell and a quick lighting process.

Logs arrived quickly and fully packaged. Starter fuel picked up flames quick and all wood was perfectly dried out. Great for a cosy day in. If trees are also planted with each order then the CO2 offset should be doable - responsible and sustainable wood burning.

Really impressed with the quality of the product but also the ethical and eco business model.
