I ordered a pair of earrings for an event I was attending, and paid extra for next day delivery. I received a text 2 days later advising they were out of stock. Understandably I was disappointed and replied to the text saying as much. A few hours later I received another message advising they had found a pair of the earrings and they would be sent special delivery. They arrived 2 days later, just in time. So, whilst there was some issues regarding stock/no stock, the customer service was excellent

After purchasing a ring when I visited the Festive Gift Fair at the NEC I was so pleased with it I decided to order another one which I am also delighted with. Excellent service and choice of jewellery.

I can’t express how happy I am that I have found this lovely little jewellery place! I really believe that Jewellery needs to be beautiful, elegant and great quality which they are! I would also go to my local mall hoping Adele had her Jewellery stand there! My first pair of earrings I bought have lasted over a year and I wear them more or less everyday, since then I have bought ankle brackets, necklace chains and more earrings and they last such a long time- they are as good quality as my pandora jewellery if not better and far more affordable! I always get compliments for my love and Lilly jewellery and have purchased some for my mum. The delivery is super quick and efficient and if you have any problems Adele is very helpful and kind. Will definitely be buying my Christmas presents from here this year thanks a lot xx

Lovely brand with plenty of options.. Ideal presents for women or men, young or old! I often get complimented on the pieces I have from Love and Lilly, that’s why I keep going back!

I have been purchasing jewelleries from Love and Lilly's for a number of years now and find the products are of high quality and standard. They are different, amazing colours which I love and most importantly the jewelleries have never discolour. The prices are reasonable and often have 3 for 2 offers!
I rarely buy from anywhere else anymore...
Highly recommend.
