I'll give it a zero rating if there is one, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. After making a purchase they ask for a phone and email for package tracking then absolutely nothing else. I even paid for express post which was another $16 dollars on top of the original product price. No tracking, No product arrival, it's been a week and still nothing. I called, the first time a lady picked up she doesn't even seem like she wants to assist, then completely silence, ignoring emails, ignoring phone calls. Completely scamming company.

Product was as described and cheaper than competitors. Except for the company name 'lovebee' the packaging was plain. It took a few days to be sent, rather than that day as per their website. Overall, very good.

I purchased a product from this company due to their competitive pricing and it turned out to have a major fault with it on arrival. Long story short: they have taken two months to do nothing but ignore my emails.

I contacted them with proof of fault via email, and got no response for over a week across two email accounts. I then called them and they said they would reply but they didn't. It also turned out their system directed customer emails to spam.

Finally I submitted a letter with notice I'll complain to ACCC in their web form and I was texted back and asked to email proof (again). This was 15 days after my initial contact. However, I had to email them another 2 times asking what is happening to get a reply. Finally a month after placing the order, I'm told a replacement is getting shipped.

However, no replacement came within 3 weeks of being told I was getting a replacement. Over that 3 weeks, I emailed asking for an update every week or a tracking number and got no reply. So it's not two months after I placed the order, and I have no replacement or refund, and no explanations.

Sure they are cheap, but are incredibly unprofessional if anything goes wrong. I'm putting this out as a genuine consumer warning. I am reasonable and understand things can go wrong, but this is incredibly disappointing. I'd be open to changing this review if I ever get my refund.
