They have robots on live chat, claim you are a vip and give you a vip email address not letting you close your account.
I have now sent 20 emails asking to close my account as apparently because I’m a vip i can’t have my account closed in a straight forward manner.

They don’t have a license either.

This casino is sending me tens of spam mail every day, although I unsubscribed I am still getting mails.
I am not sure how all these casinos got my mail. it is 100% a scam.

Shady operation. I attempted to sign up as part of a promo offered by a game I play…I backed out when I realised they had terrible reviews and a sketchy sign up process. They send almost daily spam via text, which texting ‘STOP’ as requested doesn’t actually stop. The email address on the website marketing@ bounces back. Dodgy as hell.

I contacted them for a withdrawal and they blocked my account because I asked them why they use the same license for casinos with different names! don't play at them they are scammers! they have several online casinos with different names! with the same fake license that does not exist! the names at the casinos are Magic win! Magic win bet! Love casino! 4crownscasino! the money you withdrew will never be received again because they are scammers! the only chance to get rid of them report to google safebrowsing the more you report the more google will delete casinos!

Do not deposit. Hardly win anything. For people who have been waiting for withdrawals, cancel the withdrawal and just do a withdrawal for 100.00 at a time. This seems to be automated or something as I've been trying different things and if I withdraw only 100.00 at a time I seem to get my funds.

Let you win when you join then just take your money after that about £400 down the drain will stick to my other sites these are not fair at all I’d strongly advise against joining

Thought I’d try Love casino as it looked like a great online option for those on Gamstop. Managed to get a win so cashed out and the cash out was great and pretty quick (around 4 days in total) so really impressed. Deposited again and lost a fair amount back but then hit a winner again and so cashed out. This cash out is taking longer than the first (at 16 days on the day of writing this). They have a 21 business day withdrawal timeframe though so I will update as soon as I have received my withdrawal. I would strongly recommend holding off depositing any money yourself until I confirm they do process your second withdrawal.
Update 1: Lovecasino1 have still not processed my withdrawal. It has now been a total of 19 days (13 business days)
Update 2: Lovecasino1 are still yet to process my withdrawal. It has now been a total of 26 days (18 business days of the maximum 21 business days stated in their terms and conditions for withdrawals)
Update 3: They are still yet to process my withdrawal. It has now been 31 days in total and 21 business days, meaning if it has not been paid today, that they are lying with their withdrawal times and therefore not a trustworthy casino.
Update 4: Still no sign of payment, looks like they have robbed another customer! Please do not waste your money depositing at all on this website, they appear to be criminals that do not pay when you win.
Update 5: Surprise surprise still no payment. Whenever speaking to customer support they are dismissive and very unhelpful. Have tried multiple times to message support @ lovecasino1.com with no reply. Conclusion: I will not see any of this withdrawal and could not emphasise enough to not waste your money on this site or any sister sites. Ran by a thieves so please do learn from my big mistake!
Update 6: Still no sign of my withdrawal, live chats staff either give the same response of “sorry for the delay, your withdrawal will be hopefully processed soon” without any exact date given. They will not give out any contact details except for support at lovecasino1.com who do not respond. Some live chat just simply close your chat without even responding. It is clear to me that my £2000 withdrawal has been stolen. Please please please learn from my mistake do not give these pirates your hard earned money.

Over a month and still waiting for the withdrawal. How come they still listed on so many sites, obviously they made a fortune, taking into consideration they never pay out.

Absolute disgrace of a casino. Have unsubscribed from their emails and I have had a constant barrage of emails. Harassing me repeatedly.

Originally made on 30th May 2023 I was getting told that they're very busy etc but I will get my money, obviously a load of bs.

Last week I decided to speak to chat on the 'new' site. Was told that there had been an error in their system and my withdrawal had been missed. The money would be given back and I needed to make a new withdrawal, this was 7 days ago and it still says 'awaiting'. So I'd imagine I'm back to square one.

Waiting nearly 4 months without receiving my money. Still pending but they just say they have left a message with the financial team. No one to complain to as the sent email never delivers. The site has changed from lovecasino.com to lovecasino1.com which is strange and worrying. Can't find anywhere to make a complaint about them, seems they are getting away with clear fraud and there is nothing we can do about it. Stay away!!!!!

Has anyone been paid out from this casino which has now changed it's name to love casino 1. I've been waiting nearly 100 days and they keep fobbing me off with the same rubbish, soon be patient bla bla bla I have no more patience. The thing is they are essentially losing money because customers won't deposit if they have a pending withdrawal because u can't withdraw again until the pending one is accepted so with me waiting 100 days what would be the point in depositing. Absolutely useless would give 0 stars if I could tbh. I will update accordingly if and when I get paid but not holding out much hope at this point. Updated just now my withdraw has been put back onto my balance this company is a joke just withdrew again so we will see how long this take. It automatically goes back into ur balance if they havnt processed it in 3 months so it's obvious they hadn't even looked at it
