We are so pleased that you were happy with the quality of Christmas cards that you received, and that you persevered with the order despite the problem that you encountered.

Please also accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused when you placed your order.

We really appreciate any constructive feedback and are grateful that you were prepared to reach out to us about the issue you experienced.

We have raised this with our tech-team and (although the site should be optimised for mobiles and tablets) it appears that the Christmas card section was subject to a technical issue which caused that particular group of products to display incorrectly. This issue has now been resolved and hopefully the site should function as intended.

Thank you once again for your order and feedback and trust that this issue will not hinder you from returning to us again.

It's also great to know you were happy with how we packed your products too, as we try to ensure orders arrive in the condition they were sent (especially when breakables are involved)

Thank you for the second review, however, we feel we need to address the statement and inferences you have made.

'I'm still not received the cross that I ordered please either ship it to me and put it in my mailbox or credit me back my money so I can order again thanks and God bless'

You have inferred that we have not shipped the item to you, this is completely false (per our e-mails and our response to your earlier review, and full tracking on the order) your order was dispatched on 10th February 2024 and delivery was attempted on 16th February 2024. As there was no-one there to receive the delivery, a card was left by USPS. You did not attempt to re-arrange delivery instead, you accused us of offering bad service by giving us a one star review.

You also claimed that:

'all you did was trying to defend yourself poor customer service and you want more than one star'

We never asked you to change the star rating only stated:

'we were extremely disappointed that you have chosen to leave us a 1 Star review on Trustpilot without giving us a chance to attempt to remedy the situation first (especially as delivery had already been attempted)'

When we pointed out that you have not attempted to contact us, you claimed that:

'Haven't received yet you're incorrect I've tried several times and that's what's so disappointing about this and you still haven't said when am I going to get my package all you did was trying to defend yourself poor customer service and you want more than a one star. The item can fit right in my mailbox and if not I left instructions for them to just drop it on my porch door we all know each other in this neighborhood nobody's going to take anything off my porch so I'm sorry but you're wrong and you and you deserve that one star'

We requested proof of your attempts to contact us so that we may address this claim more thoroughly....you declined to respond.

As per our FAQ page, as well as the inference of the Terms and Conditions (that you agreed to when placing your order) 'Please be aware that the delivery method utilised is at the sole discretion of lovechristianbooks.com'

As we have already stated delivery was attempted on the 16th February (which you failed to re-arrange) we also find it interesting that you refused to re-arrange your delivery, and accuse us of not dispatching your order and offering bad customer service, yet you want us to re-dispatch the order and put it in your letterbox without any proof of delivery....

As per our response to your earlier review,

' Having attempted to organise re-delivery we have been informed by USPS that (most likely due to the delay in receiving communication from the customer) this is not possible. Therefore once the item has been returned to us we will be refunding the customer.'

Once the order has been returned to us (which may take several months dependant upon the USPS internal system) we will refund the cost of the item, however, as you have failed to re-arrange delivery, we are unable to refund the cost of Postage and Packaging (please refer to the Terms and Conditions (that you agreed to when placing your order)
