I have been on this site for many months and have spent a lot of time and resources hoping to find a genuine connection.

I have met many women who start with very decent conversations, but then it suddenly turns into what feels like a porn site. The women all seem very pretty, almost like wax dolls, but in reality, perhaps only one percent are genuine.

Moreover, you must be very careful with your personal data. Do not share any personal details on this site, as it does not feel safe at all.

There are far better dating sites available. They follow strict data compliance policies and have much better support available for their customers.

So, please be careful if you are looking for true and real love.

Well I found some of the women saying they were in my city right now or coming soon . Obviously I found that very much to be highly unlikely so just beware that some are being deceptive. Then some want to meet outside the site . I believe the site censors or blocks phone number and email addresses and that is only logical to protect its income but some insist they know a system in the letters or videos section to bypass the censors but it never works. Trust me. Don't get goaded into doing what the girl wants . Run your own race. High probability of never meeting a girl in real life unless you are in their country and they are being honest in their profile about where they are.The prices are a little expensive. About half the price would be fair in my opinion. The women in general seem quite sweet but can be pushy and sound a little desperate. They are very beautiful mostly. I have not used the site for a while now . Not too bad over all.

Regardless that site is fake as I outlined in a previous review , customer services ignored my comments and deflected it to a missing payment , which I never even mentioned , I did have 2 accounts with site , managed to get one deleted after around 5 weeks , have tried to get other account deleted for as long without success, their support team just ignore and cut conversation off , then you get umpteen emails to give reason for deletion of profile and still nothing happens , I can only assume they are getting so many complaints they cannot deal with the volume ,

This site is definitely a scam. The woman here promise me the world and to meet soon. They just keep stringing me along. I've spent thousands here and got nothing for it but lies in deceit. I called support and I told them that the women don't have to pay and he actually admitted it. Don't waste your money. Yes the women are beautiful. Every one of them. They will promise you the world just to keep you hanging on and spending more money. What a joke

I got interest, but not local. I spent 2 weeks chatting to 3 women that all had issues with me leaving and asking them to meet.
The charges are horrendous and they get worse if you get sent a personal letter or video.
It took them 2 weeks to delete my profile but a month on I am still receiving emails, claiming to be the ladies I was talking to, of course, no details other than she is waiting for your reply.
I agree I think the women are staff and on commission. Customer service is patchy but so awkward to get off the site.

Spoke to a couple of "ladies" one was fine for a while until she started hinting about her phone breaking...stopped that communication. The other we spent a lot of time chatting and sending letters, she did push any agenda, seemed pretty chill we agreed that we wanted to meet, I sent the paperwork in nothing, it shows in progress still after almost a week. I sent an email to support and no answer from them either, all the while I continued talking to her, I had my doubts and with the lack of support or any way of contacting support except via email I would not recommend. My might change this if someone finally gets back to me.

Fake site . Ran multiple tests and found 80% of profiles are bots

I had seriuose problems with there payment system! Constantly denying perfectly good major credit cards, mastercard, Visa,! I also found the majority of women on that site were trying to manipulate and use a man to get them out of some foreign country! I also had seriouse trouble trying to have my profile deleted and my account deactivated! Still struggling to have my account deactivated! I have made at least 12 request for this and they repeatedly ignore my formal request for deactivation! they purposely try to hold you captive trying to get you to spend more money on thier site!! They won't deactivate you account! And the site was way way to expensive! .I truly think that some of the women on this loveforheart are paid a percentage or given a commission! I have had several of them out and our lie about where they are from and through very expensive talking discovered that they say new York or some other place to find out they are from Ukraine and they try their best to keep you talking, to get you to spend more money on credits! this site is taking advantage of poor and very desperate woman and paying them to to deceive you and out and out lie to you in attempts to keep you talking. And paying for more credits! I have had a couple of them get very angry and started sending me very nasty and hostile messages because I would no longer purchase credits to talk to them!! And as I said, this refuses to remove my profile and delete my account! Despite many, many formal requests from myself to do so! I have one several occasions been told it will be deleted in 7 days! But they never honor your formal request! This is extreemly unprofessional, immoral, and illegal!!!! This site is a complete scam!!!!!!! as of today I have not had my profile removed and my account deactivated despite at least a dozen formal requests from myself! Beware of this site and some of the very unscrupulous women on this site! BEWARE

Not sure I'll stay as the prices for extras are a bit high... but the girls here are really nice. It's a shame to leave the site just because of the prices.

Could be better if I had more responses from users I'm interested in. The site itself is good

Overall the site is pretty good, but I do feel there are a few areas of improvement. The ladies are beautiful and interesting, but sometimes I dont get as many responses as Id like. Ive used other platforms where it felt a bit easier to connect but this one still has a potential

I have still not received a reply from customer support regarding this enquiry/issue.
I sent this email 2 and a half weeks ago, furthermore my mother has also sent another email from her own address and also from my father's email who is a 'registered user' as again after multiple attempts through clicking through to deactivate the account the platform and then again, followed up with more emails the account is STILL not deactivated-loveforhearts please can you check your inbox and reply immediately. It is unacceptable that you claim not to be able to receive emails from addresses not registered with the website, particularly when issues such as ours arise.

This is an absolute scam. I gave 2 accounts with this site. On one of my profiles where there are ladies saying they don't want to communicate through the site but would love to find another way I have my email address on one of my pictures quite clearly visible I have stated in the profile it is there. Have I had one email? No not one.

Good experience overall, but not sure I can keep paying monthly. If it were cheaper, I’d stay longer.

I would give zero stars if I could! My husband has bipolar disorder and in recent manic episodes has wasted literally thousands of pounds and taken money from our savings behind my back. I've had no reply when I sent a message to customer service explaining the situation.
Furthermore, even though he has no access to the card he used on this site anymore they have recently taken out over £200. I just watched him try to unsubscribe ( yet again!) and £17 18 go from our account before my very eyes.
This seems a very dangerous site to be involved with in my view. There seems to be no way for them to protect vulnerable people and it has depleted our finances and all but ruined our marriage.

I was also reading up on another review on here about this site from another user. I do have a quick story that correlates to this site. When I was on their back in end of October - December 2024, I was talking with a few women on there. How the site is rigged for the scam is exactly what the other user said these women on their bombard you with messages, emails thru the site and yes it costs a lot of money. Anyways what happened was I was talking with a woman on the site that was apparently from Brooklyn, and we got to talking but then she said that she had to go back to Ukraine gave a sad story about her family because of the war and what have you. I also filled out the forms and submitted in for contact request, I got the contact info it was from a maillto.com domain but I had a gut feeling something was off about it. So, I did some research and found the real person on Facebook and also Instagram, from what I found out was that she was in fact not in New York but another city here in the USA. Also, she was not Ukrainian but Russian. So, I messaged her on her Instagram and asked her if she was on loveforheart.com and of course she said no and never heard of it and even confirmed with her wither or not that the email I got from loveforheart.com was in fact her email and guess what it was not hers, in my friends exact words where, "I never heard of this email before." However, we both got to be friends anyway so was an upside to this story. So, the person I corresponded with on loveforheart.com was an impersonator/fraud. After I found out that information I contacted loveforheart.com about this and showed them the documentation and they really didn't know what to say frankly it's a total scam.
I also wrote on this board before with another review and got a response back from Loveforheart.com. I decided to write them directly on their Support email in response to the review I had written previously and also still getting email notifications from them even after I was told back in December of 2024 that my profile will be deleted from there database. After reading their response on here and I have to laugh that they say they couldn't find my email in their database but when I wrote to them last night in response to this it is apparent that my profile was not deleted. I also asked that they stop sending notification emails but most importantly I had asked that they remove my profile from there system. I get a response back typical customer service jargon from a person named Sabina, and they offered to deactivate rather than removing my profile as I requested. I responded back and told them that I don't want anything to do with their site. I'm not interested in this site or what they have to offer I just want my profile deleted. So far, they have not gotten back to me on my last message. Long story short they do not honor their customers' request to delete the profile and they try to in other words offer you discounts on credits to make you stay and if you decide to still want to cancel they all say it takes 7 days to clear their database in which is unheard of in this day in age of online dating sites but this and again affirms that this site is a total scam and corrupt. Again, if you're looking for a relationship on an online site, please check the reviews and do your homework before signing up.

I have registered on this site and another one SofiaDate.com (exactly the same features) for 2 reasons:
- Investigate who is behind the fake profile using my partner's photos.
- Conclude that there are many fakes profiles
1. My partner is definitvely not involved in, as I have evidences where the fake profile is logged for almost 16 hours, while my partner had no internet access or was sleeping
2. The fake profile is based in New York. My partner is based in Ukraine and sometimes in France
3. My profile on SofiaDate.com does not include my photo, nor detailed description of myself. It appeared that several girls send a "Like" to my profile, then try to send you several messages to attract you in replying. A scamming way to let you buy credits, which are costly.
Of course, I have the email and phone number of my partner. Anybody who wants to request contact will need to pay 5000 credits, i.e. 1000 USD.
I fully recommend not to use those two sites. These are definitively scams.
I already sent a complaint message with all proofs and evidences that I documented in a PDF file. Note that an US organization (dealing with romance scams) will be advised with the same investigation report, to let them take any actions

I have been on this website for over 2 years. I was looking for a serious relationship with possible intentions for marriage. It seems to be all about the girls getting you to send letters and view videos and buy gifts. I don't know how much they receive from them, but it is apparent that they must receive some kind of money for it. To send a letter is 30 credits $6. to view a video costs 50 credits $10. To view a picture is 10 credits $2. They will constantly try to get you to send them letters! the cost adds up very fast!
They are all supposedly wanting to come to America and be with you. I have been involved with 4 different women who where supposed to come to be with me. Same story every time! when the final day comes some tragedy or event occurs that delays it. Of course they always need money! I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars. Still no woman or relationship to show for it! They all want to talk to you no matter what the age difference. I had twenty and thirty year old's trying to contact me, that is insane! I have nothing in common with these young girls. It is all about the money! Good luck! but be aware!
