I had a fantastic experience with this company and felt it was worth sharing.

I originally purchased a baby cot from them back in 2022. Recently, I needed to use it again but had misplaced both the screws and the assembly manual after dismantling it. I reached out to their customer service team, not expecting much given how long ago I made the purchase.

To my surprise, they responded quickly and offered to send both the replacement screws and the manual completely free of charge. Even more impressively, everything arrived within just four days.

This level of customer care, especially for a product purchased years ago, is truly exceptional. It’s rare to see companies stand by their customers like this long after a sale.

Highly recommend—reliable, responsive, and genuinely customer-focused!

I made a request to Love For Sleep last week with regards putting a cot back together for my new great granddaughter.
The cot was stored in my attic for 5 years but I was unable to locate the screws to put the cot back together.
I had a full set of screws and a complete erection diagram sent to me with in 5 days.
Must say first class service from a lovely company.

I recently had a broken slat on my JACOB Baby Cot Bed, which I’ve had since late 2023. I contacted customer service to see if I could buy a replacement part.
Not only did they respond quickly, but they sent me the replacement slat at no additional cost. The delivery was so fast as well. It is rare to find a company that supports its customers so well even after the initial purchase.
The cot is back to being 100% safe, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended!

We brought a cot from a friend but once we opened the box, no screws or fixings were present. So after emailing the customer service team, they rectified the issue immediately and sent out the missing items for next day delivery. Couldn't of been happier with the service.

Customer service was extremely efficient. We lost some screws/fixings during a house move, and Love For Sleep replied very swiftly and offered to send us the parts for free. Very happy with the furniture as well - nice looking and well made.

Outstanding customer service we bought a cot from them in 2021 and between the years due to assembling and de assembling I lost some of the screws. I noticed I was missing some screws whilst I was putting the cot back together again. I contacted Love for Sleep to see if they were able to send me the missing screws I needed. The team were very helpful they sent this to me straight away for free! I am so grateful, I have been able to complete the cot assembly. Thank you very much.

cannot recommend love for sleep highly enough. Bought a cot bed over 2 years ago. Contacted them today to enquire about the sides the newer version now has and they could not be more helpful!!

Ordered a cot on the 28/11 was told expected delivery was 3-4th of December, ended up being delivered on the 1st (luckily worked from home this week) I was on all day 1st - not one knock on the door nor any parcels left. Waiting till the 4th - nothing. Contacted these saying I haven't received anything. A picture was sent (a small fraction of a door that they pointed out opened the opposite way) and a map showing where the vehicle was parked. The map was opposite my door but no parcel? Back and forth with this company just keep saying about the images not listening that I hadn't received it. I contacted Amazon who haven't helped because this company declined resend or a refund! Almost £180 down right before Christmas and no help of Amazon or this company. Beyond disappointed!

The dust cover of the cot drawer was bent and almost falling off.
After receiving a replacement cover, everything fits perfectly now.

Amazing company. The two times that I've dealt with support, they've been nothing short of amazing. I needed a replacement part for a cot I bought two years ago that my now-toddler damaged. They were quick in their response and provided a solution that was beyond what I was ever expecting. They even shipped the part for next day delivery. I can't recommend enough. The cots themselves are great and look good but the customer service is unparalleled. Thanks again for your help!

Great customer service.
Had an issue with some of the screws missing over a year after purchasing the crib, and they solved it immediately.
Replied immediately to my query and sent the missing screws (plus many more) within 2 days.
Very happy with everything!

The support of this retailer is above and beyond. Their products very money efficient but worth every penny! I have had a cot from them for 5 years now which my daughter used and now my son is using. The durability is incredible. Also, they were able to assist me 5years later at no charge, next day delivery, with some new parts I was looking for due to accidental damage of the cot. The customer service was so supportive, prompt, helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend!
