I put in an order and the wrong earrings came. Another 2 pairs came, but they were in drawstring bags instead of boxes.
I emailed Louise and she got back to me straight away, even though it is late in the evening. She apologised for the mix up, sent out the earrings I ordered and told me to keep the ones I was sent as a gesture.
Louise pointed out that the description on the other earrings actually said that they come in the drawstring bag, so completely my mistake! Nonetheless, she sent me out a box just to apologise for the inconvenience.
Louise was super nice and helpful throughout, really quick to reply and just comes across as a lovely person even just be email. I would definitely recommend supporting her business.

I very last minute (5 days before🙈) ordered some earrings for my wedding. Sent Louise an email explaining the situation and she sent them immediately and I had them the next day! I've ordered from here more than once and I'm very happy with all my purchases 💕

Got 3 pieces of jewellery from the brand, all from the sale. I could not believe the quality of the jewellery for such affordable prices. I bought earrings and a beautiful sparkly zirconia ring from Lovefromme.ie. Amazing personal customer service as I messaged to query item first and got very helpful, speedy responses. Order arrived in a couple of days, well presented with gift bags and a cute bracelet as a free gift - nice surprise! The jewellery is fabulous, exactly like photos & great quality. I got 5 or 6 stunning pairs of earrings from the sales outlet and they are such unbelievable quality especially for such a small price! They look so expensive I couldn’t be happier with them! Also the lady who runs the business replies so quickly and is so helpful! My new go to place for jewellery for sure 💓

I ordered a ring from Lovefromme, but it was too small. I contacted them to see if I could exchange for another size and I got a response straight away . They sent a new ring out to me and I had it within 2 days.

Excellent company. I recently purchased my wifes 40th gift from this website and the service was second to none. I had some questions and the customer service was excellent, the presentation and quality of the items were amazing for the price point.
