From our first contact to last, I was blown away by the patience and understanding of George. I knew what I wanted for my wedding ring design and love grown diamonds delived it exactly as I wanted. George discussed with me how we could have what I wanted that could also fit with my existing ring. In the end we reset the existing ring so they both fitted perfectly with each other. I was a bit sceptical at first as I found them on Instagram, but after reading all the lovely reviews from Williams customers I decided to go ahead. I’m so pleased I did as I love my ring so much. It’s a 10 year Anniversary present from my husband. I contacted William with a few ideas initial, and a budget. He was super responsive and got back to me quickly with any questions. He was able to make my ring for my budget, and he sent me pictures of the sapphires so I could choose every element of my ring.
After the initial deposit I got a CAD drawing through, which started to bring my ring alive.
We collected my ring from William at Love Grown Dimonds office, and I was over the moon with my ring. I can’t stop looking at it.

I’d followed the page for a long time admiring the beautiful rings and jewellery pieces. Unfortunately I lost the diamond in my existing engagement ring (not purchased with LGD) and enquired with them about replacing the stone and having the claw fixed. Their communication was great and after a few messages back and forth I decided to just get a new ring altogether. From the initial order right to delivery the customer service has been great. No question felt stupid and I asked a lot! Would definitely use them again
