I had an amazing shopping experience with Marya from Love Luxury! I purchased a Hermès Kelly 28 in black box leather, and I couldn’t be happier.

Even though I bought the bag remotely, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and trust. The bag is absolutely perfect – exactly as described, if not even better. The quality and condition truly exceeded my expectations.

It was packaged very securely and arrived safely and right on time. Marya was incredibly responsive, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire process, which made me feel completely confident in my purchase.

I highly recommend Marya and Love Luxury to anyone looking for authentic luxury pieces online. I will definitely be shopping again!

Waist of time they don't buy as they state just make the you go through a process in the intention to waist your time the people you see on there YouTube site are friends acting that there buying selling it all a act and then they state there protecting there buyers and sellers asking you to enrole in there Twitter Instagram so they get paid on there social media it's nothing like they're YouTube there all flash no cash they make there money from social media it's all a front fake people

Incredible service. I was able to reserve the bag on the phone, and have it picked up 15 minutes later. Angel and the team at LL were so helpful and friendly. They processed the sale very quickly for me, so my son could pick the bag up. They got all the paper work, and LL certificates ready at lightening speed. All the staff are so welcoming. My son loved your shop, and seeing all the incredible watches too. Thank you for the photo with Maria 😊

I loved the staff, how the place is organized and the layout. Everything about the store screams perfection especially in Dubai, the staff are always kind and can assist you whenever you need which is one of my favorite parts about LL. I also know some people complain about the prices but in regular Hermes you would need to spend a tremendous amount of money to get a birkin in the first place, so in my opinion LL are the best retailers you want to go to, because everything there is guaranteed to be authentic. Overall I enjoyed going there with my parents. I also love your videos.

I was very disappointed with LoveLuxury.
On social media they present themselves as having the largest selection of Hermès Kelly and Birkin bags — endless videos showing rare pieces “in stock”. But when you actually contact them, they have very little available and don’t seem genuinely interested in selling or helping.

Their attitude felt unfriendly and disinterested, and what they show online simply doesn’t match reality. They also claim to buy any new Hermès bags at good prices, but they rejected my offer for a brand-new Kelly 35 in Gold Togo — saying this size wasn’t in demand, which is clearly untrue.

Overall, I find their marketing highly misleading. I’m sharing this so that others don’t get drawn in by the image they create online, which does not reflect their real service or stock.

More pricey than the other Hermes resellers but they authenticate on the spot, they do exchanges and if you buy full price, you can rest assured that your bag is genuine. I bought from Bagista and I doubt the authenticity of one of the bags and unfortunately even if I brought it to Hermes, Hermes no longer offers spa/authentication services if you are not the first buyer.
But with Love Luxury, I never had a doubt.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment booked for weeks, they contact me 36 hours before to cancel - were really un flexible on alternative dates. Were unresponsive and had a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude. If they don’t want business - they shouldn’t be in business! Really disappointed, and would not recommend

Good selection

Loved going to the London shop after watching alll the videos. Everyone, the security guard, the sales assistants is very friendly and professional! I was helped by Souhaila who is outstanding, clever kind and knowledgeable! I also found the perfect bag for myself! Go visit you wont be disappointed!

Was recommended to Love Luxury from a good friend of mine ! Was very impressed with the whole experience from start to finish Communication initially over WhatsApps was clear & professional . When I arrived the 2 doormen were friendly & welcoming. Then I was greeted by the lovely Angel . She was very professional, yet friendly & warm . Paperwork was quick & efficient . She knew I was going on holiday that evening , so said she would make sure authentication & payment was fast tracked . By the time I got home , I had received my payment . Excellent customer service & Team Work ! If only all places were like this, the world would be a better place :)

I had a really lovely experience with Love Luxury’s preloved service. I enquired about a bag on their website, was contacted within a day (might have even been on the same day) and an appointment was arranged very quickly so that I could view the bag in person.

Staff were incredibly polite and friendly and gave me an excellent deal on my purchase. I returned the very next day to pick up an LV Lock Me in immaculate condition. Again, appointment was made quickly, everyone was really friendly and polite, and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

I had a disappointing experience with Love Luxury London raising concerns about their professionalism and business practices. I inquired about two watches listed as available—Cartier Santos de Cartier Steel 40mm Blue Dial WSSA0030 (2021) and Rolex Datejust 31 Two-Tone Rose Gold & Steel – Ref 17824. My request was simple exchange my Tag Heuer and Longines watches toward these purchases and pay the difference of the £13,500 invoice value. While I understand that not all stores accept exchanges what shocked me was the inexcusable delay and complete lack of professionalism in their response instead of a prompt answer it took them over five hours to confirm whether they even accept exchanges while my direct payment-related questions were ignored. I had a budget of £10,000 which I was willing to stretch for these investment pieces irrespective whether exchange took place or it didn't their attitude suggested they were too important to deal with me. After all I cannot afford to buy a £100 million charter plane, a Rolls-Royce, and a Lamborghini in a single day or a collection of Hermès Birkins carefully placed in a car’s backseat unlike their Directors (though they claim to source them despite Birkins being available only via exclusive waitlists). Their financial report shows a turnover of £600,000 if they indeed made £50,000 in a single month my £13,000 purchase would have accounted for 25% of their monthly revenue yet they dismissed it as insignificant. Their business model raises serious red flags. If their revenue is so strong why not hire professional staffs. Many customers report that visits are appointment-only even when the store appears to be empty. Clients requesting to view watches or accessories were allegedly told they were sold, awaiting collection or inaccessible due to missing keys. This raises the question Are these products even real, or are they just staged for social media sourced from family and friends? Additionally their business practices may violate UK consumer laws. No 28-day return policy and charge £100 deposit for product reserve are forfeited if client finds the in-store item differs from the listing and decides to withdraw their purchase decision. Thankfully I purchased a Rolex Yacht-Master 40 and Tudor Black Bay 58 from a retailer that respected my business enclosed here are the pictures and the link of my review about them where they acknowledged my purchase. Beware of Love Luxury it became increasingly clear that Love Luxury is more focused on social media marketing which is their source of revenue than actual in-store luxury retail. The store itself feels like nothing more than a front to generate engagement and credibility online rather than an actual place for serious luxury transactions.There are far better luxury retailers available.

Marya was great!!! She helped me with getting my dream bag. I came all the way from PR to purchase 2 bags, My dream bag which was a blk birkin 30 and got also gold Kelly 28!!!! Definitively will come back:)

Thank you for finally acknowledging my name after a series of correspondence. Let me be unequivocal: my Google review was grounded in fact, not emotion, and your dismissive response only compounds the profound dissatisfaction I have endured.

Your suggestion that my experience was rooted in “confusion” is not only patronising but entirely inaccurate. There was no confusion on my part only a consistent pattern of misleading information, a lack of transparency regarding my consigned item, and an opaque process that demonstrated a blatant disregard for client care. To reiterate:
I emailed you on 28th August 2024 about my consignment (left in your care on 1st May 2024) and received no acknowledgement.
I followed up again on 9th February 2025, copying your admin team and management, yet again with no reply.
This left me with no option but to visit your store in person on 12th February 2025, where I was subjected to unprofessional, hostile, and dismissive conduct by Souhaila an experience witnessed by my colleagues, who were equally appalled by the atmosphere she cultivated.

To claim you require “further information” is baffling, given I have already outlined these failures in exhaustive detail. Let me be clear: this is not a matter of “feelings” but of basic standards. A brand purporting to represent “luxury” should not require reminders to train its staff in professionalism, courtesy, or rudimentary client communication.

The absence of care, accountability, or even a semblance of competence has irrevocably damaged my trust in your business.
