Great choice and good prices. Good delivery system too

Orderd flowers for my daughter special birthday took my money and no delivery wont reply to email cant even get through on phone absolute disgusting service dont use the unless you just want gibe your money away they should be banned from trading

We ordered flowers for our daughter at Christmas. Lovelyflowers confirmed the order and stated delivery would be by 23/12/2021. They took payment from our bank at this point.
The flowers did not arrive until a week later, just before New Year. The quality of the flowers was poor. When our daughter opened the packaging, parts of the flowers fell out in a heap. The flowers looked very tired and there were mould spots on the petals.
We wrote to Lovelyflowers to complain and to ask for a refund. We phoned Lovelyflowers, we left messages for Lovelyflowers, we sent photographs of the flowers to Lovelyflowers. We could not get them, however, and we have never received any reply from them.
This has been most disappointing purchase, and we will never order anything else from them.
The crass discourtesy of this firm is outstanding.
