Going on at first was nice but once meeting someone I was interested in we both naturally expected to be able to meet after talking in phone or email. That is when I realized that every attempt to exchange information was blocked. Later after spending thousands of dollars chatting or sharing pictures we both wanted to have a chance to meet over holidays. After several conversations with support which was hard to connect they said each person had to have spent 5000 chips or gifts. That is a significant amount of money. Then I asked why the man I met could not get my info since he had at least 5000. I found out that at 5000 you have to go through much more vetting and the you could be considered top user get verified and use the site for free. Upon further investigation I realized all the men were verified making it free for them to talk to women and encourage them
To spend more and more. In order for a woman to get information all 5000 credits have to be spent on same person. So any time spent on other people in beginning did not count. I was told this guaranteed that the women really knew the person. I am a senior and having to spend 5000 has never been proven to be a guarantee. Also I was encouraged to buy gifts to make the 5000. Most people do not have 5000 to just be given the opportunity to talk on phone or go on date. Also even though I put my preference at 65 to 90 years almost all men were in 20 to 40 years. Wasting time and credits. Also as part of using for free the men must agree to spending many hours daily chatting to keep women paying.
I will be filing complaints with FTC and other authorities and with my bank for false advertising. I after many month have still never heard my chat persons voice or had the opportunity to meet and know if real person
Update for Datewhirl. I have discontinued my membership. After being able over and over get support. I did ask for a refund and was offered more credits.
I plan to expose these sites on every form for scam sites and to FBI and all official sites. I feel I was taken for almost 5000 dollars and walked away either nothing. Oman good luck and may your concious be your guide
