My second time buying from LoveScotch was the worst experience I’ve ever had in years of buying wine online from various retailers. I ordered three bottle of special white Rhone for the holidays. They sent me reds instead because of a "SKU error" on their end. It took at least 15 emails to get the problems resolved. At each opportunity customer service would either not answer my question or would deflect. They refused several times to take responsibility for the wine en route back to them by the carrier of there choice. This was particularly problematic because they ask me to ship them back by UPS ground when local daily highs were below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. I held them back for better weather, but if you buy from them, check the condition carefully. Also, they ignored my suggestions on how they could at least partially make up for the significant inconvenience. LoveScotch made no offer at all to make up for their mistake. Not the kind of company I'd order from again.

This is my second experience with Love Scotch. They haven't failed me yet! These guys rock. Honoring my shipping delay request, due to us being on our vacation. Their prices are quite fair or very good. The shipping and packaging was just fine. No problems. I will be back! Oh, on this order: Buffalo Trace 1 ltr. (3 pk.) @ 99 bucks + shipping and taxes.

Ordered a present for Valentine's Day for my spouse on Jan. 25, 2026. As of today, Feb 13, 2026 it had not arrived.
The company response to my email? "Sorry. Next time consider Express Shipping"!
They are lazy and unprofessional. Do Not order from them!

This company is a fraud. Horrendous service and communication. Took them forever to send a ship notification (13 days from order), but that was a lie.  Then they said it shipped 2 days later. And tracking never updated. Both Lovescotch and the shipping company had no clue where the package was for at least a week, and all I heard was "please be patient" excuses with zero actual information. I have a long email thread where they shared no accurate updates, nor did anything to make good.

Finally disputed the charge with my credit card company and reported them to Shopify, BBB, Trustpilot and the State AG for fraud.

Update: These frauds responded to Trustpilot and said they have no record of my order. What a load of $%#%. Of course they do. I have order verification emails and a whole email thread with their support staff about it. Shows how incompetent they are that they don't know what I'm talking about.

My husband is a big Balvenie fan and the 21 Year Old PortWood has been his favorite for years! I decided to surprise him with a bottle and LoveScotch.com was flawless. They had it in stock at a solid price. Checkout was easy and it shipped quickly to California. The packaging was excellent, very secure, no issues at all. It arrived in great condition, and we enjoyed cracking it open and enjoyed it together.

This website was a great place to find a nice gift for my boyfriend. They offer a diverse selection of high end bottles. I was specifically looking for a Macallan bottle and they had a lot of options to choose from with different price points. I ended up getting the Macallan 18 year and added a short message to engrave on the bottle. The bottle was delivered just in time for my boyfriend's birthday and he absolutely loved it! Using Love Scotch was easy and I would recommend for other buyers to use

Lovescotch is always my go to for anything whiskey related. My dad is a whiskey lover and any bottle he’s asked for I’ve been able to find on this site! From their Macallan selection to Glenlevit- they have everything I’ve looked for. And their item descriptions always help me out when I’m looking for something new.

I ordered wine from LoveScotch for a girls night in and everything arrived right on time. I was a little nervous about delivery timing, but customer service was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on exactly where my package was and when it would arrive. The communication really put me at ease and the wine was perfect for our night. Very happy with the entire experience and will definitely be ordering again.

This Christmas, I was looking for some good whiskey and scotch bottles that I can send as gifts to a couple of friends. I came across LoveScotch.com and was mind blown by their selection. Not only did I find the gifts I was looking for, I even bought myself the Highland Park, Macallan and Balvenie Holiday Bundle (such a great deal!).

All of my orders were delivered on the day as promised and just in time for all the holiday celebrations! I was very pleased with everything, LoveScotch just gained a customer!

i’d put zero if i could. still no ship after almost a month. Terrible communication from them. Don’t waste your time. i’m going to cancel now. still says preparing to ship!!! I sent you the date and order number. When I called to check on my order a month later, I was told you didn’t have it in stock. How awful to take an order when you never were going to fill it.

When i started ordering from these guys it was very good.
Now, orders are delayed, communication is poor and they really don't care. If I ever get the latest order it will be the last.
