Le suivi de commande indique que j'ai été livré le 31 décembre 2024 mais je n'ai jamais été livré.
2 - 2ème commande effectuée et payée le 22 janvier 2025, sans émail de confirmation de commande.

i bought a denim pants from them，poor quality

I bought a sweater from loverssale on 2024-11-21. The product, which should normally be delivered within 20 business days, was not delivered after 30 business days. They blame the cargo and even say that the cargo will give 20 dollars in compensation in cash, as if they are making fun of people's minds. Do not buy any product from this site, they are scammers.

I ordered a beautiful looking knitted sweater from this shop. What arrived was the most hideous print I've ever seen, couldn't even tell you what material it was made of. Absolute garbage, looked nothing like the product images. Upon review, it appears the product images they were selling have been stolen from an Etsy creator. Support responded to me in almost indecipherable English and eventually sent me a 30% refund. This store is a scam, don't bother.

Ordered Jacket first time supposed to be delivered on 18 th December 2024 today is 24 th December no communication from them website not responding is this company genuine

I ordered two sweatshirts on November 10th 2024 they still haven't arrived. Been emailing they keep giving me bullshit like we are very sorry we have Diss pleased yo will definitely get your items. I am back in touch with PayPal to get my money. OK it's only £31 but ima pensioner and with the labour government and this company I don't know who is the worst.

Ordered a sweatshirt with a bible verse from 1 John. The sweatshirt is way big - which I could have lived with ... however the bible verse reference printed across the front of the sweatshirt says 1 July 1:9. Sigh. I reached out (with a photo) and was finally given an address in China and advised that they would send a new one after they receive the returned one. 30.00 postage needed to return. Live and learn.

The dresses are awful. I was not sent the colour I ordered.
It took weeks for them to arrive.
Zero communication, I haven’t even begun trying to get a refund but based on the other comments it looks like I am stuck with these shabby items

I wish I would have read the comments before ordering this company won’t even take my email address so I’m guess I can’t send this back by beware the materials is awful. Shirts were too small. Learn my lesson.

Garment was cheap quality and finished off very badly. The picture looked like it was cable stitched, on receiving the garment it was a cheap transfer . The material is thin and cheap. I will never order from this company again. I'm embarrassed to give it to charity shop, it might be rejected.

If I could give zero I would. Goods are charged at what looks like a reasonable price (i.e. not cheap) but I was sent a so-called sweater which was completely not as shown or described. No labels, odd felted white dishcloth type material, cheap screen print of photocopied 'knitting' . The company did not respond to my complaint then I put in a problem to PayPal. They now want me to return it to China at my expense. I believe this would not arrive unless tracked, which of course is good money after bad. Lesson learned. This is a fake version of another site which is called 'Love Sales', not Loves SaLes' as this one is. I have learned my lesson now to avoid these scammers.

Ordered two t shirts. Completely the wrong colour arrived, both t shirts were in black and one had a hilarious missing letter in the print "power to the Peopl" Awful quality. Do not buy from this website it's terrible

Love the items. Have ordered twice now. The only downside is slow shipping. Expect to wait 3-4 weeks.

I wish I could upload a photo to show what I ordered and what I received because what I ordered is not what I received. I ordered the Alpha Kappa Alpha distressed sweatshirt and received a t-shirt that was a totally different shade of pink that was advertised. The item received was poor quality and a screen print. I tried to upload a review on lovesales website and they wouldn’t allow you too.

purchased dental reline kit and items received were not as described in videos ,videos show ppl eating apples etc and the box states not to eat with thes or sleep in them ,also what i receved was two bits of plastic and not silicone as described i,m guessing it would be a waste of time trying to get my monet back and in fact if this company was in uk they would be prosecuted under the trade descriptions act DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER YOUVE BEEN WARNED i am an old age pensioner 74 yrs old and its disgusting how the seller rips off the elderly seller should be in prison for fraud

Received 4 items, kept one. The other 3 were not as described and one was wrong size. Products very poor quality. Cost of 3 items $79.92. It's buyer's cost to return and must be shipped back to China. Cost via UPS over $70.00 plus you have to make an international call to Maojun Li at 86 135 70802791 which is an international call at buyer's expense to provide your tracking number.

We ordered 4 t-shirts especially for the pride, since the deliveru time indicated was 3-7 days. It took more than 2 weeks and arrived after the pride. They were too big and the queer flag on the sleeves looked very cheap, like it had just been ironed quickly on it to hold, which was not what we saw on the pictures. We cut the sleeves to improve them. Now they re ok, but we won t order here anymore.
