Die Betreuung unseres Aufenthalts in "Giuggiola Vista Mare" vom 10.-24. Juni 2023 war sehr freundlich und gut organisiert. Die gute Stimmung am Telefon hat schon vorab Vorfreude auf den Urlaub erzeugt! Ein kleines Filmchen wurde uns aufs Handy geschickt, wie wir den Schlüssel bei der Ankunft finden. Lovesud hat auch die Kommunikation mit dem italienisch sprechenden Vermieter übernommen, das war sehr hilfreich bei der Vorabbezahlung. Auch eine kurze Störung der Wasserversorgung war auf diese Weise sehr schnell behoben. Alle Angaben in der Anzeige haben bestens gestimmt.

La casa è situata in una posizione a nostro parere fantastica su una collinetta, zona tranquilla, ventilata e silenźiosa con una vista mare molto molto bella. La casa è confortevole con un patio molto spazioso ed è attorniata da vegetazione. La posizione è strategica, comoda come ottima base di partenza per visitare le zone limitrofe. Ad accoglierci
i proprietari, due persone speciali: Mariarosa e Franco due persone solari con una gentilezza d'altri tempi. Potrei continuare ad oltrannza...Un grande abbraccio e grazie per l'infimenticabile esperienza. Ah il limoncello :-))

Diego and Eleanora went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Each visit back to Italy, Diego and Eleanora will be the first team we contact. Sehr schönes ehemaliges Bauernhaus, toll renoviert, gute Ausstattung, atemberaubender Meerblick.
Matratze im Elternzimmer sollte erneuert werden.
Sauber aber durchgelegen.

Ein hochwertig errichtetes Haus auf einem großzügigen Grundstück mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Viel Raum mit wenig Schnörkel lassen die selbst gegrillten Speisen auf der großen Terrasse oder gar dem Dach doppelt so gut schmecken.

Soggiorno rilassante in bella struttura. Accoglienza eccezionale da parte della signora Pina e di suo marito. Dotazioni della casa adeguate ed ottima posizione vicinissima ad una bella spiaggia.

We had a great time at the beautiful appartement in the villa. The hosts Valentino and Angela are very kind and helpfull! The beds are very good and big bath room. It is a well equipped appartment! You only have to take a stair down for your appartement. It is not easy to get your food/drinks etc upstairs but you get used to it. The poolarea is super and there is a beautiful, well kept garden! You just hope it will not rain because you have to go inside, half underground. There is no covered terrace, only shaded by bamboo. But the sun shines mostly in Puglia😄.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Ort mit einem tollen Haus und Terrasse mit Blick über die Stadt und auf das Meer. Der feine Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt wird. Die herzlichen Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns mit vielen guten Informationen über die sehenswerte Umgebung mit seinen schönen Städten und Plätzen versorgt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen wären gerne noch länger geblieben und bedanken uns herzlich.

La nostra breve vacanza a Santa Maria di Leuca è stata decisamente positiva. L'accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto da Eleonora e Diego, i titolari dell'agenzia Love Sud, è stata una vera sorpresa: sono stati gentili, affabili, garbati e discreti.

La villa che ci hanno proposto ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa: si trovava di fronte al mare, aveva un terrazzo bellissimo e offriva una vista mozzafiato su Leuca, sul promontorio, sul faro e soprattutto sulla punta Meliso (la punta dove finisce l'Italia).

Non possiamo fare altro che consigliare l'agenzia Love Sud per le vostre vacanze.

The flat is well furnished and equipped with all the comforts (Wi-Fi, air conditioner, coffee machine, functional kitchen, televisions etc). The terrace is perfect to enjoy sunny days, with a lot of space and features. The position is perfect to enjoy the beauty of the medieval historical center of Alatri. Last but not least, the owner Eleonora is very kind, flexible and professional. My family and I will be back for sure 👍!!

Affittare casa in Salento (e non solo) e non avere tutte le rogne e gli impicci di quando si prova a fare tutto da soli?
Io mi sono affidato a LoveSud ed è stata una inaspettata e piacevole sorpresa. Educazione, serietà, professionalità, puntualità, dedizione. Tutti, e dico tutti dello staff, si sono dimostrati all'altezza. Eleonora e Diego, poi, sono due ragazzi splendidi e con le idee molto chiare: quello di assicurare ai vacanzieri il meglio del meglio. Ciò che mi ha colpito maggiormente sono stati i continui sopralluoghi, affinché tutto nell'appartamento rispondesse ai loro standard. Per non dire delle pulizie, maniacali, negli angoli più riposti e impensabili. D'altronde, le recensioni che ricevono dai clienti ne sono la testimonianza.
Bravi ragazzi! Continuate così!

Le nostre vacanze al Cottage sul mare 3 nel giugno 2022.
Il team di Love Sud è stato molto disponibile e ha fatto tutto molto bene. Io stesso provengo dall'industria dei viaggi e ho trovato tutto ok.
L'attrezzatura (cucina) deve essere migliorata. Ha un'attrezzatura obsoleta. Dobbiamo assolutamente investire in stoviglie e utensili da cucina. Anche i materassi dovrebbero essere sostituiti. Tutto il resto è davvero buono per il rapporto prezzo-prestazioni. Anche la pulizia.
La posizione del cottage è ottima e le persone sono davvero gentili.
