I would give zero stars if I could!!
I’m constantly getting emails from this brand with sales, back in stocks, new items etc, so it’s funny how now they can’t respond to any of my emails regarding my missing refund, from an order I made on the 4th March!
I paid £45 + postage for a new skort. Yes it was a preorder, but I was expecting it on the 24th March. It didn’t arrive, they updated their website and changed the pre order date to the 31st March, but no email was sent. It then didn’t show up after this date either, so I emailed them, they were rude and gave off the excuse ‘only two people work here’. It finally arrived on the 12th April!! I returned it on the 23rd April. They received it back on the 24th April and their policy is refund will be given within 14 working days. So I waited until the 14th May before I chased them. We are now on the 20th May and they still haven’t even responded.

I have autism and this is causing me insane amounts of discomfort and stress because I have been scammed before and it’s very triggering. For a big well known brand, their customer service is next to none!!

ordered from here many times and always had the best quality and most beautiful items. even on one occasion when i needed a new size, the girls where very helpful on instagram to help me through this and sorted it very quickly and easily. will be recommending to friends!!!

I was pretty dissapointed at first because I waited long time for a refund and none of my emails were being answered. After I could reach someone by Instagram, the atention was very nice and kind. It’s a small team and with small brands sometimes it’s difficult to reach all costumer expectations. Although everything coul have been smother, I aprreciate the effort and want to encourage them to keep improving the ir service while the brand grows. I might order some other things in the future and hopefully this time they fit nicely.

Just not reliable at all. I had ordered when they first started but due to very inconsistent sizing I stopped ordering. When I got an email saying they were doing preorders I decided to give them another go. Nope it’s not worth it look at how poor their trustpilot score is and run! Had my order refunded due to no stock when it was supposed to be a made to order item? Something tells me China could only make a certain amount and they cut my order off. Just avoid avoid avoid

Ordered something for pre order, the date came and went with no email letting me know when it will be shipped until I emailed them, was told there was a delay and it would be shipped that week, day came and went again and instead of an email saying my item had been shipped I got an email saying my orders been cancelled because of no stock? how do you not have the stock when it was in stock for pre order and you told me you were getting stock soon... I should have checked the reviews before ordering, absolute trash company with awful customer service who love to use the excuse "only 2 people work here"

Per ora sono costretta a dare una stella, dato che il mio ordine è stato inviato il 21 gennaio e ad oggi non ho aggiornamenti sulla merce e non si degnano nemmeno di rispondere alle mail; però su Instagram pubblicano giornalmente e senza problemi. Spero di non aver buttato i miei soldi e che si degnano di rispondere e risolvere in qualche modo il problema, perché il cliente non può essere ignorato.

I was sent the wrong item and had to email multiple times before I was sent the correct item. They told me they’d need to refund me the postage cost since I had to return the incorrect item out of my own money but now they’re ignoring my emails and haven’t refunded the postage costs. “Only having two people working here” doesn’t warrant ignoring customers, particularly when they have no problem posting on social media several times a day. I’ve spent £100s with this company and don’t expect to be treated so poorly after THEY had sent the incorrect item.

Edit from Laura’s reply below: it has been more than 3 working days and I have tried to follow this up several times at the email address below and have been ignored.

Edit 18th Feb: LTT have now refunded the postage cost and they also refunded the cost of the item I bought.

Awful quality for the money. I bought a top and after two wears the strip literally snapped off.. had to restitch it back together myself before the other side snapped off. Don’t be fooled by the constant push from influencers and the photos making it look higher quality. It’s very low quality, they’re essentially putting higher prices on items made in China. Would 100% recommend you look elsewhere, plenty of quality clothes from other places.

Don't duped by the good styles and influencers flaunting items they haven't actually paid for..
Sizing is inconsistent, customer service and returns appalling and quality not worth the cost.

I just recived my Jenna jumper and dispite the big amount of money I spent on it (jumper + transport + customs), I got very disappointed when I saw the quality, doesn't look like the photo at all!!!! :(

Really saddened to be writing this review as I have been a customer of LTT for many years, however, my latest experience has been extremely disappointing. Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong address (address was correct on the parcel) and the customer service has been nothing short of disheartening. LTT told me it was a Royal Mail issue and to call them - after sitting on the phone to Royal Mail for an hour, I was told it was a sender issue! After the back and forth between LTT and Royal Mail, LTT have now told me there’s nothing they can do for 28 days and for ME to contact them again in 28 days for a refund. So now I’m out of pocket AND it’s for some reason my responsibility to contact them again in a month to remind them to give me my money back?!

Just awful we feel scammed such a rip off. This is relabelled cheap rubbish not handmade at all. My daughter has ordered from here twice now and both times she has been let down. The quality of the trousers and skirts are disgusting for the price she's had better from shein for a fraction of the price!! Zipper went on one pair after two wears. Sizing is so off 2 size 10 items are about 2 inches different. Can't return either can only exchange which says a lot!!!

Really sad to be doing this as i have been ordering from LTT for years at this point and have always been pretty happy (despite some wild sizing differences across products) but i had to return something myself for the first time recently and the customer service was absolutely shocking. It took over 3 weeks for them to rectify and they kept telling me they had sent emails (they hadnt). All i wanted to know was if they had recieved my order as i had hoped to reorder a smaller size but throughtout all of this i couldnt even get a acknowledgement of my complaint let alone a apology. Just really dissapointed and doubt i will bother ordering again to be honest especially as after shipping costs im just left £9 out of pocket...

made an account just to make this review. terrible customer service. made 2 orders, neither came. that was 6 months ago. they claim they only received one order back and rather than contacting the courier like the shipper is supposed to do, they just say they haven't received it yet but can refund my first order (which they keep offering to do but still have yet to actually do it despite repeated emails requesting it). if they bothered to even check the tracking info, it clearly shows that the second order was delivered back to them months ago. now theyre back to ignoring me. trash customer service, trash company

quality has substantially gone down. i have ordered from this company for a long time and experienced the downfall of the garments they product. literal shein/forever 21 quality. i have seen the same style of some items on shein or sites like such. (yesstyle, etc) makes me wonder if LTT is using the same warehouse those fast fashion brands do. i recently ordered the raven jumper for 60 USD! when it arrived, i was not expecting what horrible quality it would be for being that expensive!!! you’d expect it from forever 21 or shein since theyre cheap. i cannot believe this company has made this of a drastic change to their old quality!! really sucks because some of their styles are unique :(

and before you say “just return it” … im in the usa which would cost $27 for shipping to them. so that would be a huge loss. if their quality doesnt start improving (while cost of items increases simply because of their follower count) , i cant bring myself to purchase their items anymore.

Returned both a top and skirt had to chance return after 2 weeks.

Only refunded me a bra not the skirt, £30 down the drain what a joke.

Do not shop with these guys.

my order is stuck in Saudi Arabia somehow. whereas my destination country is UAE. and NOBODY IS REPLYING TO ME to resolve this problem!!!

Vêtements de mauvaise qualité. Comme la provenance vient de Chine et non du Royaume Uni comme ils nous le font croire sur leur site, il y a des frais de douane. J’ai vu certaines pièces sur AliExpress. Une fois pas deux.

Fantastic swimsuit and great customer service. Arrived quickly.
