No item, No refund and No sign of a resolution
As per other reviews, ordered £1,500 worth of sofas from this company in early November 2024. Delivery timescale came and went. Then received emails blaming the delivery company and saying they were going into liquidation and refund would be received in 3-5 days. Still no refund, cannot find any information about who to contact regarding getting my refund from this now presumably dissolved company or any trace of them on companies house, and no sign of my sofas. Thankfully we were able to cancel the collection of our old sofa last minute otherwise we'd be left now £1500 down so can't afford an alternative sofa and no sign of what we ordered either.
I did get a tracking number for my sofa but the delivery company say they never received the item so someone isn't telling the truth as loveyourbed said it was dispatched and delivery company say they never received it.
Hoping my bank can get my money back as otherwise I have no idea what we will do and with two very young kids to provide for we cannot afford to lose money, let alone such a significant value.
I guess next stop is small claims court once I find out who on earth to summon to pay me back what they owe.
