I ordered a puzzle from this company…
I ordered a puzzle from this company through ebay.
order number : 05-13596-13638
Their confirmation email came to the wrong email address.
The order number is now not recognised by ebay and impossible to proceed with ebay not having a record of it.
I was alerted to the problem when I received an alert that it would take a month to arrive. Their premises have an address in Gloucester which I assumed it would be sent from.
Is this another chinese illusion?!

Dropshipper. Duurt heel lang en is gewoon goedkope Chinese goederen tegen Nederlandse prijzen.
Item was prima. Maar waarschijnlijk 70% goedkoper via Alieexpress. Kwam nu na weken ook rechtstreeks uit China.

Hier niet bestellen ze dropshippen troep van alixpress als je dan ontevreden bent moet je het item zelf retour sturen naar hongkong heb 23 euro moeten betalen voor het retour en een maand gewacht op me item totaale onzin slecht bedrijf
Hebben niet een europees retour adres en zetten kosten op de klant

Loving prices lost niks op
Bestelling geplaatst en van loving prices zwart op wit bevestiging ontvangen dat het pakket op mijn thuis adres bezorgd wordt.
Na verloop van tijd navraag gedaan waar zending was.
Blijkt dat deze bij een post nl punt ligt in een andere plaats
Hier heb ik uiteraard niet om gevraagd.
Via klanten service klacht ingediend en ik wordt gewoon doorverwezen naar post nl.
Ik bestel bij loving prices dus verwacht dan ook dat zij de verantwoording dragen voor de afhandeling van hun levering
Maar ze doen er niks mee ! Zoek het maar uit en kijk maar hoe je je pakket krijgt anders gaat deze retour is hun antwoord.
Update. Na een slechte review reageert loving prices en vragen ze voor meer info
Terwijl dit allemaal bekend is. Er zijn al meerdere e mails over het probleem verstuurd. Zonder dat het probleem opgelost wordt.
Achteraf reageren is niet de juiste manier.

Voor 15 euro adaptor voor carburetor…
Voor 15 euro adaptor voor carburetor gekocht, dacht dat ik zou dit in 1-2 dagen krijgen, die zegt mij nu dat die in china is en moet ik 15 dagen minimaal wachten, op temu zelfde ding 2.5 euro kost en komt in 4 dagen, echt slecht site
