Ich habe insgesamt 28 Teile im Sale bestellt und bin absolut enttäuscht vom Service. Erst hat es 10 Tage gedauert, bis die Bestellung überhaupt versandt wurde. Dann wurden 5 Teile am Tag der Zustellung storniert, weil sie angeblich ausverkauft waren, nur um dann eines dieser Teile wieder als „verfügbar“ auf der Website zu sehen.

Als das Paket ankam, fehlten drei weitere Teile, die weder storniert noch erstattet wurden. Man muss seiner Ware oder seinem Geld hier regelrecht hinterherlaufen. Trotz der großen Bestellung erwarte ich nicht so eine logistische Überforderung. Ein 15% Gutschein für den Ärger macht die Sache auch nicht besser, wenn man am Ende nicht das erhält, wofür man bezahlt hat. Ich werde hier nicht noch einmal bestellen.

I ordered 28 items, and the entire process was a disaster. It took 10 days just for the order to be shipped. Afterwards, 5 items were cancelled and refunded because they were supposedly "out of stock," yet I saw one of them back on the website immediately after.

When the parcel finally arrived, three additional items were missing. These were neither cancelled nor refunded. I essentially paid for items I never received and now I have to waste my time chasing the support team for a solution. It is very frustrating to deal with such poor inventory management and careless fulfillment. I received a 15% discount code as an apology, but that doesn’t fix the fact that my order was incomplete. I wouldn’t recommend ordering here if you expect a reliable service.

I bought a ring there at the Westfield Kotara store and within a few hours all of the stones fell out! They sell poor quality jewellery at high prices. Ripped off.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Lovisa jewellery.

I bought several pairs of earrings a couple of months ago and started wearing them in my existing piercings (which I’ve had for years with no issues). Shortly after, my ears became extremely sore, red, and swollen. Some of my piercings even developed lumps and discharge, which I’ve never experienced before.

At first I thought it might just be irritation, but even after cleaning and trying again, the reaction came back immediately. I’ve since had to remove all the earrings and let my ears heal completely.

After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has had this kind of reaction. I understand that fashion jewellery may not suit everyone, but not to the extent ears are oozing pus!

Unfortunately, this experience has put me off buying earrings from Lovisa again. I’d strongly recommend that anyone with sensitive ears or multiple piercings be cautious and consider hypoallergenic options instead.

Ich habe mich dort beworben und habe das gesamte Unterfangen als wahnsinnig unorganisiert wahrgenommen.
Niemand wusste wer ich war oder wie lange ich bleibe für den Tag.
Ich wurde gar nicht ins Geschehen integriert sondern nur an die Tür gestellt zum Körbe austeilen. Niemand hat mich nach meinem Feedback gefragt oder mal erfragt was denn mein erster Eindruck war.
Die STM habe ich als wahnsinnig aufdringlich und fehl am Platz wahrgenommen. Sie stolzierte mit ihrem Telefon durch den Laden und war lautstark am sprechen mit einer Freundin : „OMG UND WAS HAST DU DANN GESAGT???“

Das war extrem unangenehm und unprofessionell
Am Ende wurde mein Feedback gar nicht erfragt sondern mir nur gesagt das ich nicht kommunikativ genug bin.
Spoiler : Ich bin selbst Store Managerin und so sollte das definitiv mit Bewerbern niemals laufen.
Wahnsinnig schade, ich empfehle die Arbeit dort nicht da sie btw auch sehr schlecht vergütet wird, für das was sie verlangen.

Really bad service, I would put 0 stars, if there was such a possibility. I placed online order 10 days ago, and contacted them for 3 times about shipment date, as they haven't sent it yet. No answer at all. Do not recommend this web-shop.

Deceptive advertising. This is the fastest way to lose customers! Jewelry marked clearance at $3 but rings up $20 at the register. Never again.

My 12 year old daughter’s ears were pierced without my consent and without an adult present. I have raised this over the phone with the store in Patrick street with no response from them yet. I raised my concerns and satisfaction with customer service over email and there was no resolution the final email was more or less telling me we will try harder in future to not let this happen. No other correspondence I am now going to take this matter further as there was no safeguarding policy followed in this instance and I now know it’s not the first time this has happened in this store.

Wenn es möglich wäre, für Kundenservice und Freundlichkeit null Sterne zu vergeben, würde ich das in diesem Fall tun.

Ich wollte ein originalverpacktes, noch verschlossenes Paar Ohrringe gegen einen Gutschein umtauschen. Es handelte sich um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für unsere Tochter, deren Ohrlöcher leider zugewachsen sind – entsprechend groß war ihre Freude auf eine alternative Auswahl.

Grundsätzlich habe ich Verständnis dafür, dass Ohrringe aus hygienischen Gründen vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen sind. In diesem Fall waren die Ohrringe jedoch ungetragen und ungeöffnet in der Originalverpackung, sodass ich auf etwas Entgegenkommen gehofft hatte.

Stattdessen wurden wir vor Ort sehr unfreundlich und respektlos behandelt. Es gab keinerlei Bemühen, eine kundenorientierte Lösung zu finden oder zumindest verständnisvoll mit der Situation umzugehen. Manchmal helfen Schulungen und gut ausgebildetes Personal, um solchen Situationen souverän und kundenfreundlich zu begegnen.

Wir werden dort künftig keine Kunden mehr sein und können dieses Geschäft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich möchte hier eine wichtige Warnung aussprechen: Bitte lasst euch in diesem Schmuckstudio keine Knorpelpiercings schießen. Das Schießen von Piercings im Knorpelbereich ist gefährlich und kann den Knorpel dauerhaft schädigen. Es kann zu Entzündungen, schlechter Heilung oder sogar Verformungen kommen.

Für Knorpelpiercings sollte man immer ein professionelles Piercingstudio aufsuchen, in dem mit sterilen Nadeln und fachgerechter Technik gearbeitet wird. Dort wird auch auf Hygiene, richtige Platzierung und Nachsorge geachtet.

Eure Gesundheit sollte an erster Stelle stehen – spart hier nicht am falschen Ende und geht zu erfahrenen Piercern.

I placed an order on March 21st. Tried to connect to track the package, been sent to a suspicious "security" website sending me a code to recognize the address. Mail was empty. No code. Tried a second time, a third time, same. No code. No possibility to track the parcel. Finally received a mail yesterday (April 7th) to let me know it arrived in store. Went to the said store today, to discover a tacky product. Asked the sales assistant to leave the product in store to get a refund, was told I needed to contact customer service. Did so. Been asked number of order, email adress, zipcode, to finally be told that they can not find the order. (???) So the order is imaginary? My 20€ weren’t, so I want a refund on way or another. This company is a BIG scam ! It really has to be a joke.

I recently visited a Louisa shop to purchase waterproof and allergy-free earrings, but my experience was quite disappointing.

After buying, I asked if they could change the back of the earrings to suit my comfort, but the staff refused. Although I still went ahead with the purchase, I stepped out of the shop and within seconds changed my mind and returned to request a refund.

Unfortunately, the staff refused to accept the return, stating it was against their policy. While I understand that stores have rules, the situation felt very inflexible, especially considering how quickly I came back and that the product was unused.Due to hygiene they can’t tack the product back. The product was packaged by them I didn’t even open the product still they were refusing to take it back

Overall, the customer service felt unhelpful and rigid. I would have appreciated a bit more understanding and accommodation in this situation.

Got my daughters ears pierced today, in the dundalk shop & i have say they were absolutely brilliant, such a lovely bunch of staff, the male & female was so lovely! It was nerve wrecking getting them done, but they made it so much easier! 100% reccommend!🫶🏼

Ho acquistato degli orecchini che in teoria dovevano essere in argento (con dicitura sterling silver/argento 925), strapagati tra l'altro. Li ho aperti e il colore è chiaramente rossastro, cosa incompatibile con l’argento: sembrano più rame o una lega simile. La descrizione del prodotto risulta quindi fuorviante e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è pessimo. Quando si acquista un gioiello dichiarato in argento 925, ci si aspetta un materiale autentico, non qualcosa che già alla prima occhiata fa dubitare. Ovviamente non li ho nemmeno messi in quanto sono allergica.

Wirklich einfach nur frech! Ich habe mehrere Ohrringe und ein Bauchnabelpiercing bestellt. Die Hälfte war bereits beim Einsetzen defekt. Auf der Internetseite steht klar dass man die Artikel nicht zurückgegeben kann daraufhin habe ich mich an Lovisa gewendet, habe eine Email geschickt und über mein Problem berichtet. Ich habe dann eine Antwort bekommen dass ich ein Foto schicken soll und die Bestellnummer. Daraufhin habe ich dann nichts mehr gehört.. jetzt hab ich 50€ aufgegeben und kaputten Schmuck

Servizio clienti online assente, non permettono resi anche se scritto sullo scontrino, materiali pessimi, prezzi altissimi e non rapportati alla qualità del prodotto. Ho fatto l'errore di comprare da loro, non lo commetterò più.

I visited the Lovisa store in Brent Cross after work for a piercing. The lovely Malithi was helpful and kind. She pierced my ear twice with care and was very gentle. She checked on it afterwards to make sure any pain I was feeling felt okay. Great service, Great piercing abilities. I’ve always liked Lovisa and this visit was no different. Thanks Malithi! X

I recently had a problem with a pair of earrings from Lovisa. The online customer service was amazing, I’m very grateful for her support and for how nicely everything was handled. Thank you so much!
