Claimed because my pup had chewed my sofa arm through his crate when I moved it tidying up! Well worth buying the insurance and claiming as I got the full money I paid for the sofa back and got my self a new one. Thank god we’ve now survived the chewing stage!

I bought a sofa which broke within a couple of weeks. I contacted loxa and they said they will deal with it. 10 days later I contacted again and was informed that my policy has not been validated and I have not been in contact.
Why was this not dealt with at first contact? I am very confused
This is incorrect and silly response from loxa. I provided the details and my claim was found on the day. I spoke with someone on the day on the phone. 10 days later I did so again and again my details were validated although no record of my previous discussion. Then again in this review you have managed to find my details and set me up, this has been done 3 times and you keep going back to the start, preventing any claim being made
