SCAM!! They have deduced from my account and says they did not deduct and my account will suspended. I have attached proof of bank statement of deduction and they are no longer responding.

He took the time to carefully understand what was not working and why things were not proceeding as expected.
He provided tremendous help by clearly explaining the reasons the features were not functioning and guided me through the solutions step by step.
His explanations were detailed, practical, and very easy to understand.
Most of all, his kindness, patience, and willingness to help made the whole experience much less stressful.

Slow, not flexible, counterproductive. Don’t let this app spy on your accounting. It requires to use their servers to fully use the app, which isn’t good.

Disappointed to have a software we used for years turn their back on their customers and now charge 5 $ a month to use the more basic thing (downloading reports) its clearly a way to milk their customers : there is no new functionality

update made the software useless : we specifically got this software because we didn't want to pay monthly

It was resolved quickly. Friendly staff.

Although the AI chat bot is annoying as it kept asking the same questions over and over again.

Loyverse es un TPV bastante completo y fácil de usar, pero lamentablemente no ofrece ninguna solución para cumplir con la normativa VeriFactu, que será obligatoria en España a partir de 2025. Hacienda exige que los sistemas de facturación cumplan con ciertos requisitos legales, y hasta la fecha, Loyverse no ha informado si implementará esta adaptación.

Los negocios en España necesitamos una respuesta clara sobre si Loyverse será compatible con VeriFactu o si tendremos que buscar otras opciones. La falta de comunicación por parte de la empresa genera incertidumbre y podría obligar a muchos usuarios a cambiar de plataforma.

Esperamos una actualización pronto o una confirmación oficial sobre este tema
