Every vehicle in our fleet is tracked in real time, so if you have an emergency we can tell you immediately where our nearest available engineer is and how long it will take for us to get to you. Craig and zac from Lakeside Property…

Craig and zac from Lakeside Property Maintenance came to fix the huge security front door on the apartments where i live . At last the door shuts perfectly as previously when the door was fixed it wouldnt shut properly and actually fell off the hinges ! Now it shuts perfectly .
Would highly reccomend these guys .

Excellent service

Excellent service. Turned up on time and Craig managed to solve my water pressure problem after a year of waiting for First port management company to sort. This was due to him being efficient and knowledgeable and despite having to source a part, the job was completed within the same day.
I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Really great customer service

Really great customer service, called with an urgent job and they confirmed the could arrive within 4 hours, 1 hour later they were on site and got the issue resolved. Before I even had a chance to call for the outcome, I received their detailed report. I don’t mind paying that bit extra when the service provided is so spot on ! Looking forward to working together in the future. Thanks again.
