On my 3rd transaction with LPT medical they did me real dirty. They sent me a machine that didn't work and they refused to believe me. They say they tested it and it is working fine. The basically called me a lier. So they kept $500.00 for a restocking fee!!! This company is a complete ripe off. Dont use them ever.

Had lifetime warranty on GCE Zen-O Lite portable oxygen concentrator. Called to have unit worked on. Informed by Andrea that the company did not want to send us one because all the units were bad. She connected us with Curtis in sales, telling us they could not honor the lifetime warranty. Curtis eventually said the company could provide a $1200 credit toward a new similar unit (Arya Mini). He quoted the new unit at over $4,000, leaving over $2800 out of pocket after the credit. We were not familiar with the new brand so we explained we needed to investigate the brand. We did an immediate search of the Arya Mini. To our shock we found the Arya Mini on sale from LPT for $1595. Not only would LPT not honor the warranty, they inflated the price they quoted us.

I bought a portable oxygen unit, brand number was Caire and had researched it first. I ask if they had one in stock and was told by Dave yes they had what I wanted. I was happy and made the purchase. It was an over night shipment, it arrived as planned but to my surprise it was a Arya unit not a Caire. I emailed Dave and he said i got the unit I ordered just a different name. I think they never had the Caire is ordered, just lied to me , like a bait and switch.
The one they sent has shorter battery life and it is heavier. If I could remember I am sure there's more. I don't know about the Arya they sent. I just know it's not rated as a top brand and a Caire is highly rated. So maybe I got an inferior unit.

I wish I could leave a better review, but my recent experience with LPT Medical was deeply disappointing. I responded to a trade-in offer that was clearly outlined in writing, but the final transaction didn’t match what was advertised. I was charged more than expected, key items were not included, and despite multiple attempts to get clarity, I was told I had misunderstood — which I had not.

While one representative I spoke with was polite and professional, the company’s overall handling of the situation fell short of expectations. I’ve since had to purchase necessary accessories elsewhere at additional cost. For a company that serves people with serious medical needs, the lack of accountability and support was frustrating.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

Found out that I was given the wrong DC power cord for the eclipse 5 oxygen machine. Taking a long trip and not sure what to do about it.

Everyone that I spoke with were very courteous and knowledgeable about their equipment. It was a wonderful experience getting this equipment sent out to my sister who has been struggling and the insurance companies are giving her the runaround so I decided to buy this unit from you.

Everything was done over the phone in less than 30 minutes. I'm more than happy with the experience. What could have been a complicated transaction was short and simple. David was professional, to the point and thorough.

Needed Oxygen tank for my husband with COPD who is traveling out of state. I was able to quickly rental the oxygen without any issues. Very Satisfied

When I first spoke to Scott I was skeptical about buying a portable oxygen machine but due to the severity of the situation I had no choice but to begin looking for one. Mine stopped working 2 weeks ago. I have been using it since 2013 have been attempting to work, drive and keep up with my daily home duties and I do notice a big difference without it. I do have a large concentrator at home and at work but most of the time I cannot be tied down
3 to them so many days I'm going 3 to 5 hours without oxygen and it's taking a toll on me. My hair is thinning, each day more and more is falling out, I can't catch my breath which is very scary and caused me to panic. While talking to Scott he knew so much about the ARYA portable oxygen machines and helped me understand the importance of having a well made, medical grade one. His knowledge took the fear of . and not breathing away and replaced it with hope and my decision was made. It arrived today already and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm so glad we spoke and i made this purchase. It is well built and is running smoothly, I can't wait to go to work tomorrow and show it off.

Dave was who helped me. He was very knowledgeable. Had answers for all my questions & worked a discount. I have to mention overall patience I experienced as this was the memorial weekend my availability was limited & they continued to stay in contact with me.
