Disappointing quality

Very disappointing quality for the price.
Purchased a LS2 Advant carbon with pre installed Cardo system 9 months ago at the ABR festival. The lacquer above the visor has already worn away in places from merely opening and closing the visor. This has resulted in worn and dull areas in what should be a gloss helmet.
The only help on LS2 website, is to contact my local authorised dealer. Unfortunately, as I bought it new from a show, I am unable to do.

Servizio assistenza post vendita inesistente . Sono da 3 mesi che aspetto un pezzo di ricambio. Inaccettabile state alla larga . Casco di tendenza tutti a comprarlo. ma poi nessuna assistenza, peggio dei prodotti cinesi quando ti serve un pezzo di ricambio 🀬🀬

Ho acquistato l'LS2 Verso 2 sperando in un casco jet versatile per l'uso quotidiano, ma l'esperienza Ú stata decisamente deludente, al punto che mi sono visto costretto ad acquistare un altro casco di classe superiore poco dopo.
​Il difetto principale Ú l'isolamento aerodinamico assente. Già a 60 km/h si avvertono spifferi fastidiosi che colpiscono i lati del viso con la visiera chiusa. Sopra i 100 km/h la situazione diventa insostenibile: entra un flusso d'aria costante e diretto che rende la guida nervosa e molto stancante.
​Per quanto riguarda l'utilizzo stagionale, Ú adatto solo per l'estate piena. Nel periodo invernale il casco Ú praticamente inutilizzabile perché il freddo entra senza alcun filtro. Non offre il riparo che ci si aspetterebbe da un casco moderno con visiera lunga.
​Il mio consiglio: se cercate un casco per un uso a 360 gradi o se percorrete spesso strade extraurbane, guardate altrove. Va bene solo per brevi tragitti urbani a bassa velocità in estate. Per me Ú stato un acquisto sbagliato che mi ha portato a una doppia spesa.

LS2 .. NO GRAZIE!!

LS2 , NO GRAZIE!
Senza nulla togliere ai ragazzi del negozio WHEELUP di Ancona che sono moolto cordiali e preparati, vorrei portare alla luce un fatto increscioso che mi Ú accaduto con il "noto marchio di tendenza" LS2.
Dopo l'acquisto di un loro casco mi ritrovo in dotazione un PINLOCK che al momento del bisogno, dopo aver tolto la pellicola protettiva e montata, mi accorgo che ha un difetto, tipo buccia d'arancio, non visibilissima ma fastidiosa compromettendone corretta visibilita'. Il negozio prontamente lo spedisce all'azienda e l'azienda me lo rimanda come l'ho inviato dicendo che non ritengono di doverlo sostituire.
Rimango assolutamente deluso e anche un pò arrabbiato. Sono sicuro che con altri brand questo non sarebbe successo. Prima e ultima esperienza con LS2 e non solo per questo motivo.
Come dice il saggio, "se devi rischiare di affogare Ú meglio farlo in un mare grande anzichÚ una pozza"

Un SAV incompétent

Un SAV incompétent. Pour un casque encore sous garantie il refuse de me changer une piÚce d'usure même si je paye moi même la réparation. Le problÚme, la couture qui tien l'aiment qui maintien le systÚme de fermeture du casque est casser. Par conséquent dÚs que je dépasse les 80kmh le casque s'ouvre tout seul. Et aprÚs l'envoi au SAV, ils ont juger que se n'était pas important. Résultat j'ai payé 270€ pour un casque déjà inutilisable. POUR UNE COUTURE. Cette marque veut juste aspirer votre pognon en vous faisant racheter un casque tout les 18 mois.

Terrible Customer Service & Unprofessional Social Media Management

I had a legitimate customer service issue that this company completely failed to resolve in a timely manner. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they chose to block me from their Facebook page simply for voicing my dissatisfaction.

This is exactly the kind of heavy-handed, customer-silencing behavior that shows a company's true colors. Rather than engaging constructively with feedback, they prefer to sweep problems under the rug and hope customers just go away.

What happened:

Contacted customer service about an issue
Received poor, delayed responses
Shared my experience on their Facebook page
Got blocked instead of getting help
The real problem: This company clearly doesn't understand that customer service extends beyond just selling products. In 2025, how you treat customers who have problems is what separates good businesses from bad ones.

My advice: Look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that actually value their customers and won't block you for expecting basic service standards.

To management: Blocking customers on social media doesn't make problems disappear - it just shows other potential customers exactly what kind of service they can expect.

Will be sharing this experience with consumer advocacy groups and my professional network. Companies like this need to learn that customers have voices, and silencing us on one platform doesn't silence us everywhere.

Update: Still no resolution to the original issue. Still blocked on Facebook. Still warning others about this company's practices.

Au bout d’un mois d’utilisation avec trois sorties à son actif, visiÚre, visserie, qui part sur l’autoroute à 130. J’ai fait appel au magasin où j’ai acheté le casque qui ont téléphoné au commercial qui ne reprennent pas le casque en SAV, mais juste qui remplace la visserie. Or le casque à subi des dégâts ainsi que la visiÚre, mais elle lS2 ne veut rien savoir ils m’ont dit que ça resterait à ma charge sur un casque Explorer carbon Adventure je trouve ça. inadmissible que je dois repayer toute la partie visiÚre du à la visserie qui est partie et qui as rayé la visiÚre. De plus, la coque a subi quelques rayures. En gros quand avec le casque tout va bien, pas de soucis du moment qu’on a un souci avec le casque le SAV ne veut plus rien savoir. Dommage pour ce style casque qui reste quand même trÚs bien mais malheureusement la marque je ne recommande absolument pas du au SAV déplorable .

Ett tydligt materialfel, i mina ögon.
Men LS2 supporten vÀgrar att ta tag i detta lilla problem. De hÀnvisade till återförsÀljaren Motardinn och deras support Àr lika dåliga på sitt jobb. De skyller på felanvÀndande.... jag Àr 55+ och anser mig veta hur man anvÀnder en hjÀlm.
Tragiskt nÀr det förövrigt Àr en ganska bra hjÀlm, men detta företaget kommer inte att överleva nÀr man behandlar kunderna på ett så uselt sÀtt. Inga fler LS2 produkter för min del.

Reprise SAV refusée par LS2 (Vendeur en boutique trÚs correct est bien LS2 qui bloque) aprÚs un mois de moto avec le casque neuf : la jugulaire est déjà effilochée.
Par ailleurs les casques sont bruyants a partir de 90km/h. Les aigus sont presque douloureux.

Acquistato casco ls2 da wheelup

Acquistato casco ls2 da wheelup Bergamo, pagato 199 euro, quando piove entra acqua, riportato al negozio che lo ha mandato al costruttore che dopo verifiche fatte ha risposto di non aver trovato anomalie, riprovato, entra ancora acqua, riportato al negozio che non lo ha neppure rimandato in assistenza, fornendomi un video dove il casco viene bagnato con un tubo da pochi cm e senza alcuna pressione.
Provato a bagnarlo sotto la doccia e l' acqua non entra, quindi entra solo in velocità sulla moto, io purtroppo la galleria del vento non l'ho e non posso dimostrare oltre.
Naturalmente il casco Ú a disposizione per verifiche da parte di chiunque.

I recently picked up an LS2 helmet through one of their dealers, and I have to say – I’m genuinely impressed. The fit is absolutely spot on, it’s surprisingly quiet even at higher speeds, and the built-in shades are a fantastic touch. It’s clear this is a product made by people who know riders and what we actually need on the road.

What made me chuckle, though, was seeing some of the complaints online – not about the helmets themselves, but about shipping or customer service, directed at LS2 as if they were running a webshop. LS2 is a manufacturer, not a direct seller, and they rely on a network of dealers – which makes perfect sense.

Bottom line: I got my LS2 helmet through a dealer, and I couldn’t be happier. Great design, comfort, and functionality. If you’re looking for a helmet that delivers where it counts, LS2 is absolutely worth checking out.

No support for issue

I bought one of the LS2 VALLANT MODULAR helmets and the visor broke and ordered one and brackets to replace it myself but cannot find a video anywhere that shows how to do this. I emailed ls2 but got no response, checked YouTube and cannot find any instructions to do this. For such a huge brand this is ridiculous. LS2 reached out to me and I spoke with a guy from England on the phone who promised bavk in December he would help out in January to send it over and get fixed. I'm in March now and cannot get reply to a number of emails I've sent. Really bad product support.

Ordered an LS2 Advant X in size XL from


Ordered an LS2 Advant X in size XL from FC-Moto in Germany and it arrived to my home in Brisbane, Australia today. I have been wearing the LS2 Valiant (not Valiant II) for the last 8 months.

The LS2 Advant X in Solid White is just insanely gorgeous and a whole step-up in quality. The new hinge mechanisim is delightfully smooth and much quieter and the helmet just looks damn sexy.

Most of all I love the refinements to the design and finishing of the Advant X. It just screams quality whereas the original Valiant always seemed budget-ish. And finally the Advant X is much lighter and quieter than the Valiant.

Love it, love the LS2 Advant X and love the cool backpack it comes in.

Cost was AU$545 delivered to Australia with no GST, import or customs charges.

Good helmets, poor customer support

Good quality helmets, however my experience with the customer support wasn't pleasant. I bought a defective MX436 Pioneer Evo helmet (visor won't stay shut, rendering the helmet impossible to use) from an ebay retailer who then completely disappeared and didn't answer my support request.
I sent an email explaining the situation to LS2, and asking if they could repair the helmet (even at my expense). They told me to... contact the seller. They then proceeded to disappear and not answer my emails as well. Not the kind of experience you'd expect from a serious company.
