We are very happy with the service and communication we received from the managing company. After moving into the property, we had some questions regarding an unexpected increase in the service charge. Sarah was extremely helpful and took the time to provide us with detailed information and answer all our questions.

As we needed some extra time to arrange the payment, Sarah directed us to Katie, who was also very helpful and managed to arrange a payment date that worked perfectly for us.

We really appreciate how understanding, helpful and professional both Sarah and Katie were. The communication and solutions provided made the whole process much easier for us. Thank you!

4 stars aren’t for LHS as I’ve had challenges with the lack of clarity and harsh language used in thier correspondence. This is a review for Katie Smithies who when I called customer services to discuss a letter I had received, she was super friendly and helpful and suggested a way of working with the business that would help my challenge. It’s a shame all contact points don’t have the same outcome. Thank you Katie.

Needed to get in touch with LSH regarding management fees and had the pleasure of speaking with Niaomi. Very helpful and went the extra mile in resolving my concerns. It is always a better option when the person from LSH is so knowledgeable and understanding making sure I fully understand the process. As a landlord who owns several properties which are managed by LSH Residential, I find their efficiency and professionalism first class (compared to the former firms which they have succeeded), with particular thanks to the excellent services provided by Christopher Geary (Estate Manager) and Sophie Drury (Credit Controller).

Church Street Place Limited Manchester. Managed by LSH is not so much an apartment block as it is a hotel.

The onsite management team treat residents like they are hotel guests. Instead of people who are paying exorbitant rent for a private living space, and to whom they need to show respect.

This company is very inefficient. Service is pretty poor. Takes days or weeks for emails to be replied to. They use cheap contractors so work has to be redone multiple times. Their new portal is useless. I have not been able to logon for six months now and they keep asking me to reset the password. I would avoid LSH like the plague. Should things improve I will reassess my review.

I find LSH to be very unhelpful. Our specific building manager has no people skills and her senior manager is just plain rude.

They drag everything out. They don’t arrange cleaning and to try to get them to do anything is beyond impossible . They are not an interested in tenant safety or looking after the building, or providing clients and their representatives a helpful professional service.

Terrible. Avoid.

Sophie Drury handle my call swiftly and professionally

We had a problem with overflowing bins and with non residents illegally dumping their waste in these bins situated at the Flats at 24 Girton Way, in Mickleover, Derby. Matt Steele the property manager arranged for the bins to be cleaned and also relocated the bins away from the main road.

I had an issue with the car parking management company and Sophia Wrisdale was super helpful in helping me resolve it very quickly after I had exhausted all other options. Great service

I contacted Sophia Wrisdale regarding flooding of a blocked drain and a lamp that had gone out. She has in a few days resolved the problem by getting her contractor Will out. All resolved today.
Brilliant service.

Phil Rabonne was prompt and professional in responding to my request to gain access to the portal. In general though I am not impressed by this company. Tardy or no response to communications, record keeping questionable, maintenance …. what is that bug of course quick to ask for and chase service fee
