love my LSKD shorts. Went an ordered some more in store but limited on colours. Cant wait for them to release more in pick/green

Wouldn't recommend!
Contents of TrustUs packs are ridiculous, items only few people would wear and sizing way off!
Won't give a refund only store credit. Ordered other items with store credit, again sizing way off and inconsistent! Again not providing a refund despite clear issues with their quality!
Don't waste your time and money with this lot.

I had to reach out to customer service on two different occasions and both times they went above and beyond to help me! Shout out to Andie and Avril 🥹 Also their online returns/exchange process is so smooth and simple!!

Bought 2 pair of daily shorts. Thought the cut was good so bought another four and gave 2 away to a family member. Wore them all for less than 2 months and after about 10washes each they all went out of shape. Cheap material, poorly made and for this price I should’ve just gone to cotton on or something. The cut is good! Just need better material and workmanship.

Cheap quality material, over priced. Not impressed.

Just came here to say that they are a bit shady about the reviews.
I like their stuff and usually give good reviews (any review can get you a discount), but recently I gave a pair of shorts 3 stars because they started pilling and fraying after only a few wears. They emailed me, super polite, asking for pictures which I sent. Then they gave me a refund that I hadn't even asked for. Out of curiosity, I looked at the site today and my 3 star review is not there. Did I get hush money, guys?

Got some shorts and leggings. They are so good. Really really soft and comfy but snug. The shorts don’t move even when running so no wedgies or pulling the legs back down every 5 minutes. Handy pockets. Look and feel great

I ordered in their mid year sale. I understand it was a busy time so after a week I inquired about my package, and was told it would be shipped by the 25th of June (2 weeks later). No big. On the 25th at 5pm I again asked for an update after receiving 0 communication. I waited 12 hours for a response because I had inquired at a difficult time, and none was given, so I asked for my order to be cancelled. Response was immediate “oh but this one is going to be shipped out today”, I felt disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service only given when I wanted a refund. I understand large waiting periods can be experienced but the lack of communication was poor and left me feeling like I was scammed. Got my refund and placed an order with Muscle Republic, received that order literally the next day. Just do better

I've had nothing but good experience with this company. Their customer service is outstanding, always great communication. Products I have purchased have been great, I have not bought any other brand since converting. Just want to say a special thanks to Cassie for helping me out today. Not many stores have a great return policy so it makes purchasing online easy knowing you have that option to return for a refund if things do not suit. LSKD you are just outstanding

Bought a $600 Trust us pack.
Half was absolutely terrible.
A purple hoody, bright orange shirt, lavender shorts and socks that i would never see a male wearing.
And a green jump suit. Who wears those!
Customer service was unhelpful. Could not get a refund as per their aparent Ts and Cs. Only a store credit.

I haven't even received my order yet, and I will already be a repeat buyer. I accidentally ordered the wrong size in an item, I called customer service....zero time on hold, incredibly polite and friendly representative, and they fixed it for me immediately. Unfortunately, this is not a standard level of service for most big brands, and it is greatly appreciated!

Very good customer service. Happy with items and usually fairly quick postage.

Totally obsessed with LSKD. Love the clothing, love the customer service. Never ever had an issue. Customer service is the best, they have a great team of people.
