Like many others I submitted my email with a signature to look into any car finance agreements. I did not sign to ask them to instruct. They have misleadingly signed me up. I want to cancel (30 mins after the email they sent. But there is no way to do it easily. I will write to you but I am so cross like others that you have illegally bound me to something I did not request. No matter the reply you give here this is the truth. AVOID this company. If you see this send your email address because I will be reporting you to the financial ombudsman and all your advertising agencies otherwise ((I have many contacts within them) this is immoral and illegal

No way of getting through to anyone to cancel your claim
There is no contact details to get through to anyone and the email that is provided on some of the answers on trust pilot bounced back stating the email is not correct, I assumed this was one of the websites where I could just check whether I was eligible for any compensation not to go straight through, It was also not made clear that the signature was for them to go ahead to start a full claim I thought it was to give consent to do a soft credit check, the website does not allow you to cancel the claim either. Iâd like to cancel my claim whilst I am still within my 14 day cooling period!!!
