1 out of 5 is too high of a score .AVOID AVOID AVOID.Put my car in for a full service ( charge £264) for them to drain all of my oil out of it and not put any back in, knackered the engine up. No responsibility taken whatsoever .Car is now being scrapped.This garage needs inspecting .Avoid having tyres replaced too because my wheels got scratched

My vehicle got stolen from ltc tyres and they are not taking any responsibility. I left my vehicle in possession with ltc tyres for some work to be carried out. Week 1, the vehicle was not worked on. Week 2, i called the office and was told the vehicle was not ready and the guy who needs to work on it to do the job is not there and is not back until next week. On the following monday i went to the garage and was told the vehicle was not done and they can not do it. I asked for the key so i could take it away and they gave me the key and said it was parked on there side car park. When i went around there the vehicle was not there, i went back around to them and notified them. They they called the boss to ask to check the cctv and he said he is busy and he will do it later. I then told them that this is not good enough my vehicle is missing i need to find out whats happened to it. They then magically got on the cctv in the office and we then seen that the vehicle was stolen on sunday night 06/09/2026. I then asked what is going to happen now and there response was your vehicle is left at your own risk its nothing to do with us. They have no signs up stating left at your own risk and they also never notified me that it was left at my own risk. After numerous calls to them they are not taking any responsibility for My Car being stolen, And they are also not interested about this matter, The Owners words was it is what it is. It’s not our problem it’s left at your own risk. My Car was left there for numerous weeks and I was being told that the vehicle was not finished and now it has been stolen. I would not recommend this Company to my worst enemy, They treat their customers appallingly !!!! It’s a shame that I cannot leave a 0 star review As they don’t deserve a 1 star. This is how bad of a set up this company is they did not even realise that the vehicle was missing !!!!

⚠️ AVOID LTC TYRES & EXHAUSTS, BRIERLEY HILL ⚠️

I am posting this as a warning to other vehicle owners following an extremely serious incident involving LTC Tyres & Exhausts in Brierley Hill.

We took our vehicle to LTC for work to be carried out and handed the vehicle and keys over to their staff.

The vehicle was then left outside their premises over the weekend.

When we went to collect it on Monday morning, we discovered that the vehicle had been STOLEN from their premises.

What makes the situation even more concerning is that LTC apparently hadn’t even realised the vehicle had been stolen.

We checked the CCTV, which showed that the vehicle had been taken at approximately 8:50pm on Sunday evening.

There were NO signs displayed at the premises stating that vehicles were left at the owner’s risk.

I contacted one of the directors, Jamie, and asked him to attend the branch so we could sit down and try to resolve this matter. His response was that he was too busy.

I then established who LTC’s insurers were and contacted them directly. We were subsequently told that the matter would be dealt with and that we would be contacted.

We heard absolutely nothing.

I then contacted the other director, Daren. His response was even more dismissive. I was told, in effect, “it is what it is”, and that vehicles were left at the owner’s risk — despite there being no such warning displayed when we left the vehicle with them.

Let’s be absolutely clear:

🔴 We didn’t simply park the vehicle there ourselves.

🔴 We took the vehicle to LTC for work to be carried out.

🔴 We handed the keys to their staff.

🔴 The vehicle was left on their premises.

🔴 It was subsequently stolen while in their possession.

🔴 There were no signs displayed warning that vehicles were left at the owner’s risk.

🔴 We have CCTV evidence showing when the vehicle was stolen.

🔴 Despite contacting both directors and their insurers, the matter has not been resolved.

We have now been left with no option other than to pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels.

I am sharing this so that other people in Brierley Hill and the surrounding area are aware of what has happened.

If you are thinking of leaving your vehicle with LTC Tyres & Exhausts, ask yourself whether you would be comfortable with how this situation has been handled if your vehicle disappeared while in their possession.

This post is based on our own experience and the evidence we have available, including CCTV and communications regarding the incident.

For us, this is not acceptable. A vehicle was entrusted to this business for work to be carried out and it was stolen from their premises. We expected the matter to be taken seriously and dealt with professionally.

Coming from Hagley, reached the Halesowen bye pass where my front offside tyre was making an absolutely, horrendous screeching noise. Hazard lights on and limping along at 10 mph, I headed for LTC. Up went the 'jack', off came the front offside wheel and with a bit of deft manipulation with a screwdriver, out popped a tiny stone, which had lodged in amongst my brake, disc/pad system. Problem solved in a trice and totally free, courtesy LTC. Of course, I do have my tyres from them, but it goes to show, that loyalty pays dividends.

The Gaffer , Steve and the rest of the staff were brilliant.
I took my Kia Sportage to them , I explained the problem to the Gaffer , and straight away jacked the car up and showed me the exact problem what was causing the trouble. 2 days later my car was in fixed and back on the road today Great job lads and well done

Attended LTC when they opened with a puncture after visiting another well know tyre garage who couldn't fit me in till later that day (also not very helpful) the tyre was scrap and another one had to be ordered which they arranged for the very same day. I got a lift to work and they called me went it was done. Very well done to all that work here. They were extremely helpful and didn't try to fob me off. Would definitely go here again and highly recommend.

!!! Risk of scratching and damaging wheels during tyre change. Manager said accidents can happen and the wheels may get scratched or damaged while fitting tyres. That is a ridiculous statement and shows either the tools and equipment are bad or the workers are not competent or experienced enough. Managers closing statement was if you don’t trust us then go somewhere else. This is bad customer service and frankly rude. So if you have a car that’s in good condition and want confidence not to get scratched or damaged go somewhere else.

Spoke to Luke in the morning he ordered the tyre in. It was delivered in the afternoon and they came out and fitted it all before 5.Excellent service and very friendly staff. would recommend them very highley

I booked my car in to have its tyre replacement done. I did this online; however, when I got there, I'd put the wrong size in. They accommodated me greatly; they had the size I needed, and it was only £5 more than what I'd arranged online. I also developed a slight shake in my steering wheel. I mentioned this on arrival. The garage and staff were very helpful and quick in diagnosing the potential cause of this. Everything they did, they checked in with me, advising me of the cost before doing anything. I obviously had everything done that needed doing. I was expecting a much larger bill. I was so surprised how reasonable this was. I left today a very happy customer. I will definitely be returning here for any future work I may need doing. 100% would recommend LTC Tyres. Thank you to the wonderful and friendly staff that helped me today.

Friendly, honest, helpful and good prices. Well worth me making a special trip over from Birmingham.

I called out LTC Tyres and Exhaust to replace two tyres on my van as one had a slow puncture.

Tom & Wez came out and sorted both tyres. Both were professional and gave great customer service.

Despite the rain they both carried on with a smile. Thank you both great job and I really appreciate your time and expertise.

Excellent service and professional staff that know their products and excellent fitters. It can be very busy so I recommend going first thing or towards the end of the day. This garage doesn’t offer appointment slots, it’s turn up and wait. Very competitive pricing and quality products.

Ordered tyres I wanted by really helpful and knowledgeable staff. On day car sorted out and returned all sorted. Cannot fault engineer and all staff
