THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! I have been wrongly charged while on the FREE PLAN for months, and they refuse to refund my money. Instead i just get AI customer service responses.

Constant glitches, poor UI and instruction, AI keeps erroring - I got my money back and raised with my payment provider after LTX refusal

Constant glitches. AI is erroring. Uses wrong characters for action. Deleted some prompts while generating videos. I asked for money back after 2 days but they said as I've used up computing power, but that is because there is poor UI, instruction, errors. In response to their reply, it is a poor reply, you are wasting people's time and money. There is a lack of accountability and LTX studio needs to make up for it. I decided to take it up with my payment provider and showed them the images of constant erroring and the description of the service, which is meant to be The LTX Platform is an all-in-one generative AI platform that turns your creative ideas into high-quality, professional videos.
I now have my money back. It is unethical to charge people money for a product/service that is not fit for purpose

i susbcribed just to test out some…

i susbcribed just to test out some features, and i didnt use it, their policy says less than 1200 credits used, which i didnt use, and they didnt give me a refund for the 2nd cycle which i forgot to cancel, most other services are OK with refunding you so your a happy returning user in teh future but they just dont care.

Refund requests are reviewed based on usage and our stated credit policy, and while we understand that forgetting to cancel can be disappointing, decisions are made in line with those terms.

Software is garbage

Yall canceled out my credits before the end of my billing cycle. So you’re lying!!! Software is garbage. Voices never consistent. Models never consistent. You'll spend a ton of credits trying to get anything right because the software doesn't work. Like: Tell it to do something and the lips wont move. Or the libs move and no sound. Or very robotic voice. I cancelled my subscription because you'll spend at least 35% of your credits working through their mistakes. And when I canceled they wiped out my credits even though I already paid for them. This company is a scam

Regarding credits, when a subscription is canceled, access remains active until the end of the billing period, but unused credits do not roll over beyond that period, in line with our plan terms.

A glitchy frustrating money sucking ripoff.

This is a glitchy frustrating inaccurate RIPOFF. I am not some inexperienced user who had a bad experience. I knew what I was doing and blew through 140$ just trying to produce a basic 10 sec video. I was promised a great video platform and got junk. I pity anyone who buys the enterprise plan or even the highest level plan. Good luck with making a full length movie. It's not just hard and redfaced frustrating, it's impossible. Not even using the full service toolbox on the full service. Just the learning curve alone will cost you days and weeks of time while your $$ goes down the drain. I tried for a refund I knew I wouldn't get just to see the predictable AI reply in my in boxing claiming "policy," f' ing blah blah. Warning given.

the customer service in LTX are none…

the customer service in LTX are none exsistant and dishonest I washappy to pay mothly fee even though claims of what it could do was false, when i went to pay my monthly fee on 16th of december. 25. they took a full year leaving me in debt i could not aford . they said would put it back to monthy and return it to my credit card this they failed to do ,when this subcripion ends i will not reneiw.

Makes unauthorized charges to your Paypal account.

I signed up for a standard plan which uses a 'per minute' video generation system using credits. Several months later I get billed via Paypal for a full annual subscription, well over $500 in New Zealand currency. They refused a refund on the basis that the charge was over 14 days old, even though it was detected and queried within 2 weeks.

Hot garbage, do not use

I tried uploading an image and telling it to make a scene for a music video. 10/10 for comedy. Behold the majesty that is AI, destined to take over the planet any day now, meanwhile I'm holding my sides looking at a scene of "mashed potato anime woman shoots limp laser at ground while paper cut outs of monsters hover everywhere"

DO NOT USE LTX! SCAM AHEAD!

Where do I begin?

Site doesn’t work and requires constant reloads? Features don’t work as advertised? Video quality is terrible and doesn’t weird stuff like morphing animals into humans?

And that doesn’t even mention the sound because the audio quality is even worse.

They won’t give you a refund, customer service is AI, and I’ve sent my bank a request to comp my money.

This site is a full on scam. Do not give them your money.

I am very disappointed with this AI…

I am very disappointed with this AI purchase. It has an irresponsible user interface. Most of its parts do not work. I feel very, very bad because I bought the most advanced plan of this AI but its nano-base does not work. The avatar part does not work. I really feel sorry for them and I hope that someday someone will monitor these types of sales.

To clarify, the Nano Banana image model is powered by Google, and while we integrate it into LTX Studio, we unfortunately cannot control external outages or performance interruptions on their end. Regarding Avatars, that feature is currently available for Enterprise accounts only.

Wont give a refund after failed usage in one hour

I tried using their service to storyboard an 8 page chapter of my book. 90% of what came out within 41 minutes was useless. It has a blank and a retry feature above at least 90% of the blocks. In addition, it somehow used up 3500 credits generating close to nothing. That of course exceeds the refund policy limit of like 1200 credits. So they refused to issue me a refund, which in this case since they charged me over $300 is a big deal. I would never pay that much for nothing in any other aspect of life. So, there is no way that I would just hand over that amount for a garbage outcome. Ready for the kicker?
Nano Banana and Veo are experiencing some temporary issues right now. We're keeping an eye on it, and you'll automatically get credits back for any failed generations.
So it didn't work and you took my money, will recommend you to all of my enemies.

Product frequently doesn't work. Customer service atrocious.

I initially signed up with a monthly membership and the system was 'ok'. So I then signed up with a year's worth of pro-membership (several hundred dollars paid). It's been a nightmare since. They constantly change their system without warning so that features you have been using get removed or stop working consistently - it's like constant shifting sands every time you log in. Over the two months I've used it, the consistency has become worse and worse where they keep messing about with their system. It got to the point of unusable (just burning up credits and getting totally different results to previously) so I messaged them and received a response confirming they had known issues with a key feature I was using so have withdrawn it whilst they work to address it. I was told it would be at least a month before they will fix it. In the meantime they gave me a possible workaround - which didn't work. I then, reasonably, asked them to refund me for the month that the system is known to be down. They refused and told me they wouldn't do this because there had been use on my account this month... Well of course, I've been trying to use their system as usual (banging my head against brick wall) before being told they had canned a load of its functionality (no wonder it wouldn't work!) I then followed their advice to try a workaround. So yes, there has been use on the account this month - partly because they told me to!
This has a very strong feeling of being a scammy operation in terms of offering a known poor product, but then refusing any refunds at the same time even when admitting fault and lack of service.
I've asked one final time for either a 1 month refund for the period I can't use their system - or a full refund for the rest of my plan. If no joy directly, then like other reviews I've now read on here, it looks like I'll have to contact my card provider to process a chargeback through failure to provide the stated service. I hadn't realised others have also faced the same issues and would urge anyone thinking of signing up to be very careful as it's been a costly mistake and waste of money paying them upfront for a pro membership.

The interface is confusing and constantly changing. Results are poor and even with a subscription, it is less effective with less usable material generated than the free versions elsewhere. Don't bother - it is a hair pulling frustrating waste of time and money.

I guess its ok for creating commercials…

I guess its ok for creating commercials but i wanted to create music videos for my music and the videos they promote say this is possible then after subscribing I find out its only 20 seconds max. This is a joke you can't make a music video in 20 seconds. For my £12 feel ripped off. Also when I signed back in it never showed that my sub ends in 4 weeks as I did cancel it. If things get worse I may have to contact my credit card company for a full refund. I will update my review as necessary too.

#1. No pdf manual. #2 Not very intuitive. #3 I paid $35. #4. I think it is a royal hype job. #5. No intelligent user info on YouTube. #6 Good email service, but if it does not work..then?#7 In Genspace or storyboard video editor I can find no Prompt icon!!!!! #8 I tried to extend a scene. #9 I live on Google trying to make it work. #10 deleting useless elements/ scenes they created is easy! #11 If I can maintain contiuity it may ba very good. I have not done Runway or Sora yet.

I signed up for what I thought was a monthly plan, but the interface tricked me into paying for a full annual subscription. I realized the mistake the same day and immediately contacted support.

The platform is extremely confusing, making it very easy to accidentally choose a more expensive plan. I have opened a dispute with PayPal, and the resolution is still in progress.

Be careful – the subscription setup is not transparent, and it feels like it’s designed to push users into paying more than they intended.

I would like to clarify that under European Union consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), I have a mandatory 14-day right of withdrawal for any digital service purchased online.
Your internal 'terms and conditions' or '20-minute' rules cannot override the law. I contacted you within the first hour of purchase to report an error and exercise my legal right to a full refund.
I have provided PayPal with proof of my immediate request and your refusal to comply with EU regulations.
