Cannot recommend these products enough, I use the throat spray and the cold&flu tincture and both are incredible. If I feel like a cold is coming on I up the tincture dosage and so far (touch wood) I have managed to avoid the winter bugs. Even when they do eventually hit me, I’m so confident that this tincture will support my body in a way that nothing else has before. Lucie’s knowledge and expertise in herbs is exactly what we all need - go check her out!

Lucy is magic!

I have been using her immunity formula for over a year. I have two young children and on lots of occasions everyone’s come down with something but using this has honestly helped. Even when my kids have coughed into my mouth and eye balls! I have also used it on a couple of occasions and managed to avoid needing antibiotics for cystitis. Can’t recommend enough!

I chose Lucie’s premium 1-1 package because I knew the rash on my skin was a visual signal that my body needed help. For around a year I had worked really hard with all of the tools I had as a yoga teacher, wellbeing coach, breathwork, thermo therapy, everything I knew but it wasn’t healing me at the level my body needed. Lucie did prescribe herbs, and I will continue to use these tinctures beyond my 3 month package but where Lucie added additional insight and value for me was the realisation that unless I addressed the root cause (which was overload) I could throw all the tools at this but had to address the cause. Great service on time

I had my initial consultation with Lucie on the 5th of December 2024, and I was an absolute mess — physically, emotionally, and mentally. I was in agonising pain. I had a severe infection in my right ovary that had spread to my fallopian tube, womb, and cervix. On top of that, I was suffering from horrendous thrush caused by all the medication I’d been given, along with a secondary infection in my vulva. The medication also triggered an autoimmune condition in the same area.

I had been misdiagnosed by gynaecologists, dismissed again and again, and no one seemed to truly listen or know how to help me. I felt unseen, unheard, and utterly broken. The pain and discomfort were constant, and my mental and emotional health were in a terrible state.

In desperation, as a final attempt, I booked a call with Lucie — and thank God I did. She was incredible. She actually got it. She listened deeply, understood immediately, and honestly knew more than the specialists I had seen. Just being truly heard was a massive relief.

I have been on various courses with Lucie, she has a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about putting people on the right track to improve their way of life and health.
I also booked another consultation to see if my herbs needed changing because with the perimenopause there’s so many changes in the body I was feeling unbalanced again, I wouldn’t be so in tune with my body and what’s going on had I not been working with Lucie on my health.
We spoke in depth about everything.
I’m now feeling back on track again and more settled, if you can invest in your health do it with herbs when possible I’ve found that using herbal medicine has changed everything for me I’m now nearly pharmaceutical free and am in the best health I’ve been in for years. It’s also the first two winters I’ve gone without being very unwell by taking Lucie’s elderberry syrup and magic spray/gargle I’ve also learnt to make my own using the cold and flu e book, I’ve started growing my own herbs and learning what herbs I already have growing in my garden that I can make use of so mentally and physically the changes have been amazing, these changes have a ripple affect as well as I pass on things to others and they’re having positive experiences to so is great.

Purchased Lucie's Throat spray as a really sore throat started. I started using it as soon as it arrived and after only a few days my symptoms had improved so much. I will keep the spray close by in case anyone else in my household suffers from a sore throat. Worked wonders. Always amazed by the power of the plants! 🌿

Sometimes people come into your life and make a huge sesimic shift within you, Lucie has done that for me. I first met her through her herbs for simple ailments course and while I had dabbled with herbs before, she totally changed how I look after my health and the health of my children. She opened my eyes to the magic of herbs and all the wonderful things they can help treat or improve in your body and mind.

I then had support from her during a very traumatic period of grieving and I honestly don't think I would have got through it without her and her herbs. She also helped me during pregnancy, and my post-partum experience was night and day compared to the first time. I felt able to deal with the sleepless nights and had a much faster recovery.

Lucie is helping us enormously, my son is under the care of an NHS gastroenterologist with suspected IBD. It felt we were on a path to ever increasing medicalisation. Lucie has prescribed him herbs that are already seeming to calm his symptoms. It is wonderful to have another option for his care that feels more humane and holistic.

Lucie has been amazing over the last few months and I am so grateful for the work she does.
