Please do not use this site! Ever. I have been using it for a while and was winning sometimes and losing others so was only a little bit down. However after a reasonable win all of a sudden every slot I played was producing dead spins indefinitely. Not even returning a small losing win. So I turned to bonus buys and every single buy was a loss, I bought several on different slots thinking one would eventually profit but it did not. I contacted customer services to explain that this is not right, having played on several other sites for years, and I all I received was an automated response to say that gambling is gambling and they understood the frustration and it’s all about luck. This was nothing to do with frustration or luck, it was clearly a scam. I will never be using this site ever again.

Rules do not apply to this company. No way of closing your account. Even "self exclusion" can be cancelled immediately if you so wish. Rtp is just dyer. Empty spins bonuses can actually end with 0 winnings. Everything about this site is to take as much from you. Even if you win big it takes so long to receive your money you will end up gambling the lot. They know this. Its just another tactic to take as much money as possible from you. Emails and text messages from sites I haven't singed up to. Phone calls manipulating you back into spinning hard earned cash down the drain. There is no way of closing your account, or should i say they will not close your account. No care for vulnerable addicts and no regard for anyone using this site. The equivalent of gamstop WHICH THEY SUGGEST has to be paid for and looks dodgy as hell! ONE BIG SCAM! STAY AWAY! Once your in they will not let you leave and if you are like me. You will keep loosing and pulled back in on the promise "A big win it's on its way" I call BS on this site. Please have it removed and stopped from operating!

What a rubbish site,i was offered bonus spins,it took 3 days of bugging them to get some spins,but other free spins I never got,someone I know has been trying to withdraw money for over a week now, and is still waiting!it's a joke this site!!don't waste your time or your money!because it looks like you won't get it back

I didn’t want to do this but I have been waiting now for almost 6 weeks for my refund, it’s not just a few quid it’s over a thousand pounds. I was promised that I’d have it after 15 working days at the latest. As you can imagine this time has well and truly passed. I have emailed them every single day and they just say the same thing over and over. That they’re waiting for something from the payment provider but then never come back with anything other than that, they clearly aren’t or they aren’t chasing it up anyway! It’s now week 6 and I still have not received a penny of my money which I have been relying on. I’ve told them numerous times how this has affected me and my mental state but they don’t seem to care. All they say is. Please don’t worry, your moneys safe and to be patient even though they clearly have no clue and then they tell you you can only speak to them

If I could give 0 stars I would, avoid this site at all costs, it’s a scam. They do not care about responsible gambling I have asked them time and time again to block my account I am a gambling addict and I keep trying to reopen my account and this site lets me every time. They are a scammer site be warned they take all your bank information and your id and you have to deposit money every day but you are not allowed to withdraw only deposits I have never experienced this before but I can assure you and warn you all please please take my advice Do Not Sign Up with them it’s a scammer site they took all my money every day when I complained that I can’t withdraw they closed the account.
That’s is all my money gone for good.

Annoying receiving Junk emails advertising Your Fake Casino!

take take take take,even got conned with my deposits,avoid this site😡😡

Unsolicited emails promising an exclusive 500% bonus & 500 free spins if i was to join this scam casino and give them money to steal.
Never subscribed to contact from these and i sure as heck will not unsubscribe to confirm email active hence more spam.

Shocking bunch of scam artists, hide Behind constant ID verification, utter b*llocks they come out with, happy to take your money but won’t pay a penny back, I have no idea how these crooks are allowed to operate, utter utter scam.

Further to my previous review, I have been in contact with the gambling commission who confirmed this company does NOT hold a license with them and is trading illegally.
Nothing has changed, they are still refusing to give me my money, and are spamming my email and SMS.
Coincidentally I am also receiving identical SMS messages from various "different" companies (LuckyM, Bassbet, BigWins, PSpins, DayLuck, and LuckyGo) all telling me I've won.
One huge, illegal scam and the gambling commission has a specialist team which are now investigating.

I hold no hopes of getting my money and just hope these reviews stop others being duped in before the gambling commission are able to shut them down.
