So I bought a package and played and played and finally hit got my account over 140.00 and I seen I could cash out. I tried cashing out the 140.00 because it said minimum 100.00 for redemption. I went to redeem and now it says my minimum is 300.00 to redeem, like what the hell . I tried to get to the 300.00 to cash out and now I'm down to 100.00 . Figured shoot let me try and redeem the 100.00 , no my minimum is 300.00 to redeem. Why would I buy another package if your gonna change the minimum and maximum redemption. I have never played on a site that all of sudden changes there minimum redemption , especially from 50 and now it's 300 ..?? Not cool, if they make it right I will change my review. I figured I would give it a few days just to see if they lower back to what it says. I know there gonna say well it's in the fine print somewhere, but that ain't cool. All the sites I play with the minimum is 50-100.00 and they stick to it and not change it when you win. I will update this review if anything changes it's been almost 72hrs and still says my minimum is 300.00 to cash out. If I would of known the minimum was 300, I probably wouldn't of bought a package and played on this site. Hopefully they'll do the right thing and explain on here why they change there minimum redemption when you try and cash out.

I just wanted to come here and leave another review to help combat these ridiculous 1 star reviews and give an honest account. LuckyZino is a TOP TIER social casino, they pay on time EVERY TIME. Yeah sure it’s a $300 limit every 72 hours, but guess what? Every 72 hours like clockwork the money is sent. I’ll take that reliability and consistency all day every day. They’ve also fixed some of the glitches which is why I also wanted to come back and update to 5 stars.

People giving low ratings over nothing are going to ruin something good for others. If you verify, put your bank account in, and redeem there’s literally no issues. I hope they continue being great and other people find out about LuckyZino and start raising their star level bc so far they have been very deserving of it. I have encountered NO issues receiving any of my money when I win. I haven’t had to message support ONCE ever trying to get my money. I understood the $300 limit ahead of time and they honor it. That’s all you can ask for. Some of you aren’t considering either that that $300 limit may actually be them being responsible and wanting to be able keep their commitment to all players. Maybe if there’s all different sizes of redemptions and some huge wins paid at once that will lead to them being unable to pay others in a timely fashion, so by having that $300 per 72 hours in place they can maintain consistent payouts to all players. And again I’ll take that reliability and consistency every day of the week. I told my girlfriend to sign up as well and she has had no issues playing here either so it’s not just one users experience.

Social Casinos doing good work and being honorable in this business deserves to be recognized so I wanted to make sure to share my appreciation. The ones who operate like LuckyZino consistently are the ones that thrive and have continued success, while some of the others out there we’ve seen have gone down in flames bc they sell out long term success for short term greed and players stop playing there. This site likes to crash when you hit a bonus! I hit a Gold Gold Gold bonus off a one dollar bet and it glitched out and crashed. The site does not save your game so you can’t return to it. I won 300$ and redeemed. Will almost certainly not come back. Now lets see how the redeeming process goes. Verified and linked my bank account so it shouldn’t be hard to send me my winnings so I can move on.

Fraudulent casino

This is by far the worst most fraudulent casino out there. They tell you there’s a 72 hour timer going in which they will have your redemption processed. Then it’s up to 14 business days it takes they tell you and put a maximum redemption limit of $300. Total scam I hope somebody does something about these scammers bc there is no way it’s legal and they’re always changing their story. The nightmare is never ending if you actually win they nickel and dime you and frustrate you to the point you want to walk away and forget about it they are like all those fake casinos that pop up with the commercials and it’s always another stupid hurdle like win this amount or watch 100 videos they are set up just like them.

It's a scammy scummy platform

It's a scammy scummy platform. Constant popups and I mean constant begging you to buy. If you do get a redemption they will constantly shoot up popups asking you to cancel your redemption. Dealing with support is impossible if you try to close your account, they will either ignore you or tell you to just keep playing. I wouldn't wish this casino on my worst enemy

I have been trying for week to get them to close my account, they tell me to email responsible_gaming @ their domain and I have on multiple occasions and they just ignore my request.

Piece of advice, if a casino doesn't have an automatic tool in their site to allow users to exclude and set time outs do NOT use them.

I would include the email but trustpilot doesn't allow emails.

Pages won’t load and they stole my money. I deposited 9.99 for a bonus 25 dollars and it was never credited to my account. Not that it matters much, seeing as how I couldn’t even load the games page. All a bunch of BS. Don’t waste your time or money.

Typical scam platform

Typical scam platform. The minimum redemption is 100 and I hit a bonus that took me up to $97 and then after that complete dead spin the rest of the time until I was out. Played about 15 different games absolutely nothing was winning period. Do not deposit on this platform

DO NOT PLAY PLEASE READ

Maybe i should have actually read the reviews on this site before playing. But if you are thinking about playing i would STOP and not play. This appears to be a potential scam site. So i've played enough to where i reached VIP status. And i was assigned a VIP host which actually they did a very good job. So i assumed that this was a legit site at this point. However when i finally win(which is just a fraction of what my total deposit on this site was) they blocked my account. Now i am unable to login and was told my redemption will not be honored. I'm working with support now, but my VIP host is not responding and its not looking good at all. I will update this review if luckyzino resolves the issue, but at this point PLEASE do not attempt to play on this site

Update: i have been messaging support all day and now there are just autoclosing tickets with no response. Not looking good. But i will keep trying. hopefully i can get an answer

update day2: Support is engaging with me and says its escalated but they are asking for unrealistic information. I dont feel confident i am going to get my $$.

update: they actually did end up paying. was sort of a headache. I submitted another one lets see if this is smoother and if so i'll bump up the stars

Stole a grand jackpot from me from original game.

I’ve been waiting for this site to come one here. I played at this site and won. I won enough to cash out but also won a 50 dollar grand jackpot. (Which is ridiculous in itself) from one of their games. Like their original games that they can do whatever with. So the win was like 150 or around that. I got the jackpot also and it showed that I won I think 156. Then when it put me back to the game from the bonus the 50 dollars disappeared. I think it was a Zeus game or something that they took off completely from their site after this happened. So I messaged them. Told them what happened and figured they would have like a history or something they could see. NOPE. They ask do you have a screenshot. I didn’t because I take the screenshot everytime I win. Sometimes. But why would I. I didn’t know they were going to rip me off. So since I didn’t have the screenshot they said too bad. So that alone has made me never play here again. That’s bad business and then to not be able to see that I won it. They can do whatever they want with their (original) games. Not trustworthy. The only reason I gave two stars is because I won enough to cash out and got it. But the way I was treated. You will never keep players like that. So stay away from their original games or their site completely. Them not being able to fix that issue means if something bigger or worse happens. You’re just outback. So thanks for not helping and losing a player. Then you took the game off and when I asked they gave a vague reason why they took that game off. But never tried to help me.

Update. You see what I mean. I know what I won and what was taken from me. I watched the whole board fill up and then the 50 add to my final winnings. But when it went back to the regular game from the bonus that 50 dollar jackpot was gone. Just taken from my bonus amount. It literally changed right in front of my eyes. So this response is a joke also. I haven’t spent another dime at this site and I won when I played so you can figure out how shady they are if someone won at the site but still won’t play. It’s a joke. Like I said as soon as it happened the next day the game was just taken off the site. Like I said. Shady. And it was 50 bucks but it’s the principle. If they can’t fix that imagine if you won 7,000 or something and they did it to you. I’m not going to take that chance especially after the response. And they deserve a 1 star.

Scam casino site - Luckyzino

Scam casino site. They have a daily login credit but it does not give you SC coins until day 7. Then luckyzino just removed the SC from day 7 on my account. They claim they don't alter daily login credits which is a lie. There is ZERO trust in this casino site. I will never buy a coin package on this site.
