Lucy レビュー

Lucy Pouch nicotine was a great product when it first came out, but they can't consistently produce the same product. The "new" mango pouches lack the mango flavor and the capsule is bitter. At $7.83 per can on their website (which is a ridicules) you would think their product would be top notch, but it isn't. Time to find a new company because I can't trust them.

I ordered a multi functioning craft cabinet online through Lucy, I got a piece of cloth. This is not what I ordered and not worth the $50 what can I do to get my money back or I would really like the craft hutch.

Product quality is rapidly declining. Switched from Swedish made nicotine pouches with great flavor to chinese made pouches that taste awful. Desperately searching for a new nicotine provider after years of satisfaction with Lucy. Very sad.

Shipping is delayed. Was supposed to have delivered 5 days ago. Still waiting.

I love this product because it provides me the nicotine I need without the worst aspects of most other methods. I love the taste and love that I don't have to stink in order to be satisfied.

On a subscription, orders delayed now five times in a row. Defeats the purpose of a subscription

I love the ease of the automatic shipment

Tasty product. I am always notified ahead of time that my subscription is about to be sent, in case I want to change the flavor. It’s gets delivered in a timely manner. The inventory on different flavors has been a little low the last couple times I ordered, but, luckily, you had what I wanted this time!

Always in communication when I have a question, quick shipment and product is good.

I love lucy!! Fast shipping and great customer service. Just need espresso in 2mg!!!!

Love this product! The flavor kapsel gives me the burst I need to stay vape and smoke free! Wish they had a flavor that compliments coffee though.

Quick shipping, great product.

Great customer service and great products

It's tasty and it came fast. However what's the point of removing aspartame if you're just gonna add sucralose and acesulfame k to it anyway. I was under the impression this was sweetener free. Because of the sorbitol. Sickened am I to discover a week into using it that I'm being poisoned.

Also not cool to list the UK customs value at $15 when you're charging me $40. Another dishonest NY company. Surprise surprise. Will be canceling my subscription and throwing the rest in the bin.

Absolutely love the gum. The strength and flavor is perfect. Would like to see some of other gum options restocked so I could give’em a try!

Great product, Great service!

Love the product. Lucy is my go to nicotine.
