They’re advertising bigoted, trope merchandise, and I contacted them and asked why they can sell hate merchandise and they’ve refused to reply to me. If a company sells ignorant, bigoted items, they should be shut down

Great customer service.

I ordered several Christmas themed Sweatshirts on Dec 6. This company sent them via USPS. It’s Dec 24 and I still do not have the order.

USPS and Lucyjaynes both insisted I would have if by now. The estimated delivery kept changing - it was supposed to be Dec 18 originally.

God bless our USPS and the workers, however, USPS is notoriously unreliable during the holidays. Literally everyone knows that.

Do not order from Lucy Jaynes if you need something by a certain time. Even if it’s within a month.

Not only does it take Lucy Jayne’s quite a while to ship the order, when they do, it’s with the least reliable shipping service out there.

I will be returning all of the items - unless there’s a Christmas miracle and it arrives today, before the Christmas Eve party where I was going of hand these out.

Now I’m off to buy last minute, boring gift cards for everyone. Thank you, Lucy Jaynes for not having the professional intuition to assure your customers receive your product in a reasonable amount of time.

Very misleading website. I placed 3 orders for seven items before 12/8. None arrived (shipping to Denver CO) in 7-10 days, none were shipped with USPS (used DHL transport with USPS delivery service), tracking information was not available until delivered (I downloaded the Shop app Lucy Jayne suggested) and they did not come from Wisconsin (originated in Whittier CA). Of the 3 shirts I have received one has ink smeared smack dab in the middle of my chest, impossible to conceal and cannot be replaced by the holiday it’s made for. Although I received emails after each order offering discounts for additional orders, it wasn’t for items I chose, just additional items suggested at random. Customer Service is unreachable outside email. In the time I posted this review, Lucy Jayne could update their website and advertising to reflect their current procedures so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. As cute as the items are, it is not worth the frustration when the actions don’t support the claims.

I ordered some shirts, was really excited, and wanted them before Halloween. I tried to use the size chart, the numbers were good, but it's hard to tell from the same size model how it will look on someone else's body with a different shape.
I contacted them right away to discuss what size I should order and they were very responsive and helpful. I ended up ordering 2 in the larger size and 1 in the next size down. They offered me an exchange on 1 item if I needed it, which was very helpful as well.
They were very transparent with the cost to ship back being on me, so I knew going in that if I had to make a large exchange, I would be paying. They did not hide anything. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone. The shirts are cute,comfy and stylish.

Cute, clever, and comfortable styles. Major bonus points for being size inclusive and carrying 4x and 5x. (A lot of places claim to love body diversity and stop at 2x.) I’ve ordered twice from them now and the one time there was a small shipping error, customer service fixed it within a few hours - that was awesome too!

My favorite T shirt company! This is my third time ordering and I get so many compliments on my “Easy Tiger” t-shirt! Awesome quality fabric and perfect fit. Love love love Lucy Jane’s!!!

I had the wrong color a sweatshirt delivered, and not only were they the sweetest about it, they resolved my problem IMMEDIATELY. No waiting around, no questions asked, just the best customer service. The clothing is adorable and funny to boot, will order again for sure!!!

I bought 2 shirts and a sweatshirt for my wife's birthday. She absolutely loved them. The quality was great and my wife is pretty picky so the fact that she likes them says everything. They didn't have rush shipping but I reached out and they upgraded it for me which was super cool of them to do. I highly recommend this brand.

After posting this review company responded with a t-shirt in the correct size. They let me keep the too small tee and I gave it to a friend. Thanks Trustpilot. Original review: Ordered a 2XL in a t-shirt needed for the Fourth of July. Was sent a size small. Have tried contacting them to get another shirt from them before the Fourth of July or a refund and am unable to email them from my email.
