Quality piece of jewellery

I looked everywhere for a necklace like this and this one is perfect. A quality piece of jewellery that I will love wearing. Order was processed and delivered quickly and it arrived in a lovely little box.

Excellent service

Excellent service, quickly responded to the question I asked on the Thursday evening; poppy brooch purchased on the Friday and arrived on the Monday morning. Lovely item, very pleased with it.

Next day delivery didn’t happen.

Ordered a bracelet online as a special birthday gift. Ordered on Monday and paid £10 for next day delivery. Received an email at 13.44 on Wednesday saying order had been dispatched! I hope the present arrived on Thursday 
 my sister’s birthday, before she left for a stay away treat. Needless to say, extremely disappointed.
The jewellery looks wonderful but the service was inexcusably poor.

Efficient service

I ordered earrings as a gift for my wife. Order was acknowledged immediately and goods were dispatched within a few days. Tracking information was accurate and they arrived in good condition on the day I expected. The earrings are well designed and made and I expect my wife will be very pleased with them.
