Borsa Ludeer - esperienza consigliata
Ho ordinato una borsa dopo aver visto la pubblicità su Instagram, e devo dire che sono contenta. La borsa è come in foto ed è arrivata in tempi velocissimi con relativa confezione. Il materiale è bello, l’unico appunto è che appena arrivata emanava un odore un po’ forte ma lasciarla all’aria ha risolto. Consiglio acquisti su questo sito

Ciao Camillo, ti ringraziamo per la tua recensione. Per quanto riguarda l'odore è dovuto alla vernice utilizzata ma, come da te anticipato, scompare lasciandola un pò all'aria :)
Very difficult to return goods
Very difficult to return goods. You do not receive a return label and are offered home pick-up, which means that you have to stay at home for the entire working day because the pick-up takes place between 9-18. Have now asked several times for an alternative solution but unfortunately no answer. Hope it works out in the end.
P.S. We finally found a solution. Thanks.

Hi Matilda, thanks for your review. We're very sorry to hear how you feel about our return process. We understand that waiting for a courier at home is not ideal since there is no confirmation on exact pick-up time, however this is the normal procedure for any business wether is big or a small company. It's sadly how the shipping company work because it depends on the driver who deliver locally. Our courier advised that the parcel couldn't be collected as no one was at the address. Sometimes local couriers send an email as confirmation, perhaps they haven't receive an answer and didn't collect? Despite this, please trust that we have done anything possible from our side as communicating promptly with you and following up with the shipping company. Also, as client satisfaction is our top priority, we are processing a refund to you despite we have not received the goods back. Please be assured that this is not a common procedure but we have made an exception only hoping to make the experience as smooth as possible for you.

Onestamente avevo dei dubbi , specialmente per i prezzi ed non avevo mai sentito parle del brand quindi ero un po’ scettica . però si rivelata una bella scoperta.
Servizio clienti disponibile, mi hanno pure rimborsato la spedizione express .
Però ora ottima esperienza

Il pacco mi è arrivato dopo pochi giorni e il prodotto era esattamente come nelle foto. Sono molto soddisfatta del mio acquisto… consiglio caldamente questa azienda!
