It’s a scam, pillow filled with off cuts of toppers/mattresses and plastic bits.
Clearly they are using waste products giving them a “new face” with fancy cover name materials like bamboo etc, while underneath they sell total garbage.

The first mattress was damaged by the courier. Was really pleased with the response from Luff. They sent another immediately. Love the mattress, really comfortable.

Very kindly given the duvet set as a gift. Because we don't have a duvet I called Luff to ask if we could exchange the gift for two fitted sheets. Evan couldn't have been more helpful . He arranged the exchange, the duvet set was collected from our home and we received our fitted sheets a few days later. The sheets are georgeous, fantastic quality and so soft. Evan was an absolute pleasure to deal with, helpful, kind and nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much for our lovely sheets. Thank you Evan.

Excellent product and outstanding customer service!

I bought a luff luxury pillow from Costco which was fantastic I was sleeping much better but thought I could do with a slighter higher pillow so I reached out to luff customer service team who literally bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I was offered the prestige pillow which has the facility to remove memory foam so that you can get the pillow to a height that suits the individual. They sent a courier to collect the first pillow and sent the prestige however I ended up keeping them both. I have slept so much better with these pillows. Keep up the excellent customer service!

Had these for a few months now. Feels great, works whether I’m sleeping on my front, side or back. Very happy with purchase

I originally came across the Luff pillows on a chance outing to TK Maxx just over a year ago. I’d been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for a few months, to the point I had tablets off the doctor to alleviate the pain.

I came to the conclusion that it must be a pillow issue, as the pain was worse on the morning and seemed to ease off a bit during the day, so I went shopping for a pillow. Having tried a number of options over a month or so with limited success, I went to TK Maxx and had a look to see what they had. I found a Luff pillow, which when I googled, seemed to have good reviews so I thought I’d give it a go.

The effect on using the pillow was almost instant, with the pain going away completely within a couple of days.

I’ve since bought another pillow and mattress topper, which has breathed life into our old mattress and made for a much more comfortable nights sleep.

The customer service is excellent and any queries have been dealt with swiftly. Definitely recommend.

Had an issue with the Bamboo pillow as it cones compressed and would not expand.

I have been promised a replacement and am satisfied that it will meet expectations this time!

I'm always a little worried about buying new bedding because I suffer from allergies. However I found the jackpot here. After visiting the store, the super friendly staff were extremely helpful in assisting me find something suitable. I bought the Luxury Bamboo pillow and frankly it's an unbelievable product! No issues with allergies, gives me great support and is incredible quality! I'll certainly be purchasing here again.

Honestly never used pillows like it. I initially thought I’ll believe it when I see it.

My sleep has now never been the same. I sleep like a log. And wake up fresh as a Daisy every morning!

I bought the cooling pillow and I'm hugely impressed. It got me through the heatwave this year and helps even now when it's colder as we have a mattress that retains too much heat. Love Luff stuff so far! Many thanks, Jonny

I was served by jemma and mark at the metrocentre store who gave me terrific service, the experience was pleasurable and they helped me find exactly what i needed . The pillows are the most comfortable that I have ever slept in and the sheets were the perfect balance between comfortable but nice and cooling, perfect for the summer heatwaves we have been having. I was particularly touched by the fact that 10% goes to the homeless for bedding, I didnt realise until i got the cute little booklet the pillow came with. I will definatly be coming back for the rest of my bedding. I hope all the best for this company as there is alot of potential here.

Well, where do I begin? This pillow is the answer to my tired neck after hours of looking at screens and the answer to a sound and comfortable sleep! ❤️❤️

Bought this from Costco as they had a stand instore. Was originally going to buy the bamboo pillow as husband has one. The guy promoting this luff sounded very convincing so thought I’d give it a go. Was told to fluff it up on low setting in tumble dryer for 45 minutes which I did and also to push sides in to give the full bounce. I did both these things. Have tried the pillow for 7 nights and it’s the worse sleep I’ve had. Loosing sensation in arm and fingers and having to turn pillow over during the night to try and make comfortable. Neck hurts more now than before I tried it.
After having spoken to luff.com they suggested a different type of pillow. They said a new one will be dispatched to me and I should Donate my other pillow to a homeless charity. I cannot fault the customer service and quick response. On this note I have amended my review.

I experience excessive night sweating and didn't think that the 'Mayfair' pillow with a cooling pad would help me to stay cool throughout the night but it's improved my sleep quality massively. Will be recommending it to others. Seeing Luff use sustainable packaging would be great in the future.

Staff really friendly and helpful

Since buying the mattress topper and the prestige pillow, I have never slept so well. Such helpful and friendly staff too which makes the experience better.

Bought a bamboo mattress topper from the luff sleep stand. In the metro centre Gateshead absolutely excellent customer service and Iv had the best night sleep ever since purchasing the topper will be back to buy the duvet set.

Bought this pillow yesterday on a whim and halfway through the night was going to take it back as it seemed hard and had a funny smell but after reading many reviews I have decided to stick with it in the hope that I get used to it. It does give better support than cheaper pillows I just hope I begin to love it as I am not sure about it yet.
