First of all, it was very difficult to get in touch with customer service.
I called customer service before booking tickets to confirm that there were still spots available for dogs on the flight. They confirmed that a spot for a dog was available, so I immediately booked the tickets. Just 5 minutes later, when I called again to reserve the spot for my dog, I got a different person on the phone who said that this specific flight did not accept dogs at all, not that the dog spot was already taken.
I couldn’t get a refund for the ticket, so I lost the money.
With AirBaltic, on the other hand, everything went smoothly as it should.

Der Flug war gut ohne Verspätung aber das Gepäck wurde beschädigt und der Schadensabwickler ist eine Katastrophe. Man wird immer wieder hingehalten, der Schaden wurde festgestellt aber die Auszahlung wurde schon 3 Mal angemahnt und es kommt einfach nicht. Ein Kriterium, das bei der nächsten Flugbuchung in meine Entscheidung einfließen wird.

Horrible level of service. Cancel flights. Rebook you without your consent. Disregard your needs and plans. If that's not enough the live chat people just choose to unilaterally end the live chat with you - without notice and at any point. AVOID. NEVER AGAIN. Shameful experience. The EU should fine you for appalling level of service. AVOID.

The customer service was poor, and the chat bot was unhelpful. Additionally, the waiting times were too long.

If I can give this flight a zero I would. First and last travel with them. If you have change over, please don't use them. The luggage is always left behind. On delivery to my house all locks were damaged and opened and all my stuff were stolen away. Its difficult to make claims online so it is good to have travel insurance. Worst company so far.

Lufthansa are always good, trustable and responsible company in the world

i flew with Lufhtansa twice and the service was great and comfortable. There were a few cancelations from the company and they have refunded the full price of my ticket each time (it was economy plus). I will fly with them again if i will need to. I recommend.

People should stay away from this con company that offers subpar customer service and fails to disclose the trip requirements. Although they cannot demonstrate the law, they will make sure you pay twice.
