It was a very smooth experience. I'm amazed at how well this service works. Every day on the South West Coastal Path in Cornwall, we left our luggage at our hotel reception and it miraculously appeared at our next stop, whether that was a hotel, B&B or homestay. It was so much fun not having to worry about our luggage, especially not having to carry it along the trail.

We had an excellent experience using Luggage Transfer on a recent 7 day walk along the South West Coast Path. Communication with the company was excellent. The service was straightforward to book and our booking easy to change before and during the walk. Our queries were responded to quickly and efficiently. Our bags were at each destination on arrival. We used LTD while we walked 7 days of the Devon SW coastal path. At first we were bit worried but we needn’t have been as every day our luggage was picked up & waiting for us at our next BnB. My dad and I have used Luggage Transfers Ltd every year since 2022 whilst walking the South West Coast Path. I couldnt recommend them enough. I really couldn't have completed this challenge without their service. All of our luggage arrived safely at each destination point and was handled with care. There was also excellent communication throughout our trip.

We had one negative experience with a driver but upon calling the company and explaining the situation, it was handled very professionally and we had no further complications.

The booking process on the website is very easy to use. Enquiries are responded to very promptly. All transfers happened exactly as scheduled.

In a word, faultless! We finished the South West Coast Path last week, having taken 52 days over 7 separate weeks. We used Luggage Transfers every time and it all worked perfectly.
