Easy

Easy. Dropped off at UPS on one side of the country, picked up at a local staples on the other side. Couldn’t have been easier. Thanks for making the trip convenient.

FRAUD and False Advertising. Items stolen and damaged and scammed by them for insurance.

My bag was gone through. Zipper were left open. A compartment was opened and one of the straps was take out and attached and the other one was lost

The company’s response below is really no excuse. If you can’t provide safety and security to the process, you shouldn’t be in business. Plain and simple. The haven’t offered to do anything about it and the so-called insurance that I paid a premium for is useless. Going to call the government and file charges of false advertising and fraud.
