Cool sweater, quick delivery

J'ai commandé le 20 août et je ne peux pas voir ma commande,je demandé de réinitialiser mon mot de passe mais rien est envoyé. Je n'est pas reçu de mail de confirmation de commande et pourtant l'argent à bien été débité de mon compte, une honte.

I loved the jersey and It arrived quickly. The quality is dope as well!!

I have ordered twice from them. First time was fine but second time they sent me wrong sizes. Then I email them about it and they barely answer me. They ignore me and wont refund. They have great clothes but very trash customer service and support.

Je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande alors que cela fait presque 1 mois entiers que j’ai commandé (sachant que le délai indiqué est 4/5 jours max). De plus, il ne sont pas du tout professionnel et ne répondent aux mails envoyés pour avoir des informations tous les 5 jours voire une semaine entière. Tout cela pour avoir des réponses évasives qui s’excusent mais que ne me donne toujours aucunes informations sur quand ma livraison arriva. Sans oublier que « la raison » du pourquoi ils ne m’ont toujours pas envoyé est qu’il y’a un des articles de ma commande qui est en rupture de stock alors que quand je l’avais pris il était totalement disponible, mais malgré ça ils ne m’envoient pas le reste des articles ce qui n’a aucuns sens car c’est ce que je leur demande. Je me retrouve avec 200€ partie dans du vent car je n’ai toujours rien reçu

I ordered the blue distressed tracksuit and the hoodie had the worst quality ever. The seams were bad and fabric and threads were everywhere. 0/10 do not recommend.

Their return policy is a scam. Do not buy if you are in the United Kingdom. You will pay £30 to £65 from your pocket to return an item that cost me £127. I bought a size S jacket at lukamachain which was later too small. I followed to the letter how to return the package to their site. But unfortunately they don't tell you that it's you who will pay dearly for the package that is still blocked at the customs service

Don’t no order from this company i ordered a tracksuit in november for my grandsons christmas only to be told 3 weeks later they were out of stock 🤬they offered me a alternative which my grandson did not want i have emailed them numerous times before and after christmas asking for a refund and have had no reply back no tracksuit and no refund i am fuming they leave me no alternative but to go to my bank and try and get my money back

I ordered jacket and it took 3 months then to deliver that and the zipper of the jacket gets stuck and jacket can not be used. I have tried to return it, I have send severall messages and it has taken almost two months now, but I have not get return address and no refund! But soon after I send feedback here to trustpilot they let me return the jacket and they also refund all my money.
