I ordered 2 items, a waffle floral baby set and boho flared jeans set.The quality of both outfits are awful and look like samples. The waffle baby set is rough on the inside and unwearable, therefore not fit for purpose. No labels or washing instructions. I would not advise anyone to waste their money on shoddy, substandard products.

I had placed an order for three items but once I received the package, 1 of the 3 items were incorrect. I emailed customer service and asked to return the item for either a refund or for them to resend the correct item. WEEKS of back and forth with customer service and I have gotten no where. First they asked me to send a photo of the incorrect item (a Cleveland Browns romper, what I ordered was a Cincinnati Bengals romper) and then they asked “what’s the difference?”. Then they offered a refund of $6 (I paid $23.99 for the item) and when I declined they said to ship it back for a refund but I would have to pay the postage. Their return policy on their website states if the item received is incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost. Customer service just keeps copying and pasting the same response of they do not need a shipping label for me to return it. They are incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. I am begging you to not waste your money with this God awful company.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for stuff I ordered my sister the same she ordered stuff for her daughter to and we get the same reply about our items are citing orders and they divided them into 2 it’s beyond frustrating at this point I just want a refund I placed a order for 300$ with of baby clothes and nothing not a tracking number these guys need shut down

Lulucubs/Lulububbles (same company) steals images of peoples children and babies and claims they are their models for their outfits by putting them in the website and refusing to take them down. We created tons of upcycle Halloween outfits last year in my small shop and they not only stole all our photos to make cheap remakes of the outfits, they removed all the watermarks and took photos of my two year old, along with two friend's babies and blocked us all from their Facebook page when we commented about it on their advertisements. I have contacted legal representation and because they are in China I am not able to pursue.
Please support original designers, they have very similar pricing too, the Halloween designs come from The Little Rodeo Queen

I ordered clothes for the holidays on early October in which it was returned to sender and I never received them. I have sent them over a dozen emails asking for are refund and they just shipped new clothes, which I have not received, without my permission. This is extremely unprofessional for a business to do let alone the baby won't even fit them anymore and I didn't even get to pick them OUT!

I bought an outfit on there the they have shipped to the wrong address and I’ve asked in several emails to send out another one or refund and they keep saying send it back and they’ll
Do that. The point is I’ll never it! Very aggravated horrible customer service

Clothing is so unique. East to order. I would like the bows pictured with each outfit be available to purchase at same time. I have a hard time matching and finding them. It took my order 4 weeks last time to be received,

They stole pictures of MY child and so many other peoples children that I personally know. If you support this “company” you’re part of the problem. All of their stuff is cheap remakes of original pieces from small shop world.

Item was not like the picture because picture was someone else's. They argued with me about it..

I made a purchase here and I was very worried after reading reviews. I was pretty convinced I’d be scammed, however some of their pieces were so cute I was willing to take the chance. I received them and they look EXACTLY like the photos advertised. Sizing is pretty true to size. Shipping took about a month. Soo happy with my purchase and glad I took the chance

absolute WORST experience with a company ever!!!! I placed my first order with this company on Jan. 17th and realized by Feb. 13th that I hadn’t received tracking info. I emailed customer service who said that production began on my order THAT day so I wouldn’t receive my item in time for a birthday party it was ordered for on Feb. 25th. I was annoyed but whatever. The item arrived March 5th and it was very badly stained. I sent photos to the customer service person I had been speaking with and asked to just be refunded. She told me I was more than welcome to a refund just send the item back at my expense to blah blah blah address. The policy on the website states if it is damaged, it’s returned at their expense. I told her I would absolutely not be paying to ship my damaged item back, I would send it back at their expense. After two days of them continuously saying it was my responsibility, they ultimately stopped responding to me altogether and still have not heard back after sending several more messages. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Outfits and headbands are adorable and just as described. Shipping was fast.
