I ordered ONE shirt in May. It's September and I still haven't received it. Never got an answer after emailing her multiple times. I don't care if you're a student, if you can't manage your side hussle, don't do it??

Never got the order. Reached out multipule time no response and no refund.

An order from November 21st is delivered on December 27th. Finally, that is why I change my rating to 2 stars
Practically, the owner as far as I know is a student and is running a business in her spare time when she is not on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other socials or answering complaints for customers. This is the first time in my life I got a bad experience buying something on the Internet. On first sight I was not impressed, it looked to me as fake, but my granddaughter convinced me to order her Christmas gift. I'm sure the merchandising firm behind Gracie Abrams, Taylor Swift e.o. must not be happy if they see this commercial activity. Why is Bigcartel hosting such fake entrepreneurs?

Never recieved my order even after 3 months, wrote to the person multiple times, asking for atleast a refund, and nothing. Horrible service.

ich habe am 01.06 bestellt.. spärlich kam zwei E-Mails, dass es sich verzögert, weil DHL schuld wäre... seitdem mehrfach E-Mails geschrieben, keine Antwort...
totale Abzocke, bestelle ich nie wieder...

La vendeuse a oublié un article dans ma commande. Je lui ai envoyé plusieurs mails et messages en privé et sur son compte insta qui sont restés sans réponse. J'ai parlé avec une autre personne à qui la vendeuse s'était trompée de t-shirt, elle a réussi à la joindre et a lui parler aussi de ma commande. La vendeuse m'a contacté, m'a dit qu'elle me donnerait un code pour que je recommande les articles manquants mais ça fait 1 mois et elle ne me l'a toujours pas envoyé. J'aime beaucoup ses designs mais plusieurs personnes m'ont contacté en me disant qu'ils avaient eux aussi des soucis dans leur commandes. Il faut qu'elle améliore son service après vente de toute urgence !!!! Je ne recommande malheureusement pas.

Good quality. Received it within a few days (I am from Germany). Fair price for a small business. Love the shirts!!

I made a 100€ order and paid 10€ for the shipping w/ tracking (which basically is just an email telling you your order has been shipped). It’s been 3 months and I haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted her MULTIPLE times on instagram, email and her website over the last 3 months and never got an answer !!! I love her designs and my case doesn’t represent majority of her orders but the fact that she doesn’t answer / reimburses really disappointed me !!! + It’s not like I live overseas and shipping again would be complicated, I live like 4 hours away from where she ships the orders.

lulu is so so talented! i ordered the 'i know places' tshirt with a cut neckline and i can only recommend. shipping took a while as the orders are worked on with so much care and it had to come a long way to get to me. the shirt is so cute and the designs on the website are beautiful. thank you sm lulu!! <3

Having to raise dispute with credit card company to recover money.
Therefore would avoid this seller.
