LUMA-iD innovation & development レビュー 

Mark and I have had lots of great communication through various platforms, at the office and his home office. When we meet, we are able to pick at each others thoughts and ideas with no fear of judgement improving the product through iterations from these conversations. Mark understands the financial demand on small businesses, start ups and inventors and this is evident when he itemises costings.

We have worked with Mark at LUMA-ID on several projects over the last few years, and it is always a pleasure to work with him, and more recently with Hans too.

We often have several complex requirements in our design projects that need a breadth of industrial design expertise, working on tight deadlines, and they always deliver excellent results on time.

LUMA-ID is also highly responsive and is great with its communication. We look forward to continue working with them over the years to come!

After searching the internet for a cad designer I came across luma, I had a call with mark and knew straight away this was the company I wanted to undertake the project I had in mind, throughout the project mark went above and beyond to assure I was happy, he was great at communicating things I didn’t understand and explaining them in a way that was understandable to someone that has no clue about 3d drawings etc, I will be getting mark to work on another project I’m working on and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Outstanding customer service. I got in touch with Mark Little at Luma iD to help develop a crude prototype, having spoken to a number of other firms who were unresponsive and unhelpful. Mark could not have been more helpful. He arranged a call promptly, immediately saw my vision and within days I had an initial prototype. He has been very responsive and after some tweaking he has helped me with exactly what I set out to achieve. I cannot recommend him enough.

Mark from Luma-ID recently facilitated a prototyping workshop for a programme we are running with 16-25 year olds. He was prompt, well-organised and passionate, inspiring this group of young entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to life with real-world examples and hands-on experience.
