Really pleased with the lights......... not put in yet but initial impressions are good.

Nice and bright and much cheaper to run!!!

Very easy online shopping website. Superb and reasonably priced products and transformers I purchased were branded and half the price in shops. Would recommend buying from and i have saved this company to my favourites.

Quick and accurate service.

Easy to order, quick response/delivery, quality product.

I purchased a dimmer night light for my landing. It is great value, well built and you can still use the socket it is attached to. It also arrived just over 24 hours later. Thanks Luma Lighting!

Overall excellent buying experience, good product very keenly priced and very efficient speedy service.

Very fast efficient service. Light fittings perfect for replacing old style R53 ceiling light fittings. Good quality product.

Speedy service, wrong item sent initially but immediately corrected. Helpful phone assistant and delivery via DPD

Good on time delivery, package as ordered

Excellent price, and arrived next day

Perfect - no issues at all and then they even refunded some of the delivery cost without being asked.

Ordered Tuesday - Items arrived Thursday and pleased with quality. Top marks. So efficient, luma sent same items by courier the next day too (items refused). Tried to send same items again on Monday. Needs work!

Second time I have used the site to order some light bulbs. Ordering process was quick. The delivery was 36 hours later. Excellent service.

Thank you for your prompt service

Good well made product, was delivered on time and well packed.

Thanks

Inherited a rather unusual light fitting - with bulbs we'd never seen before...
When they finally gave out, we thought we'd have to replace the whole unit.
That was until we found replacement bulbs online with Luma Lighting!
Fast delivery, excellent product, good price - THANK YOU

It isn't when everything goes right that is a good test - it's when something goes wrong that you find out how good a company is. I had a minor problem which was rectified immediately by Luma with a couriered replacement. Spot on customer service.
