I ordered samples of Laminate flooring. They were here ASAP. We decided to hold off due to unexpected bill.
They were so kind and helpful!

Loved the flooring itself and it arrived quickly, but every box arrived significantly damaged (boxes were crushed and both ends of all cartons were open) and the equivalent of 1 whole box of material out of three could not be used for my project due to the locking channels being damaged. Kept it because this specific flooring is discontinued and hard to find.

I was looking for a specfic wood that I wanted to install in my home. I live in NJ and and all the prices around here seemed extremely high. I did a search on the interenet and came across Lumberjack Direct. They had the wood I wanted and the best price in the country. I spoke with the owner Jacob Kear and he was kind enough to send me a sample piece of the wood. It was exactly what I was looking for. I also dealt with one of the people that work for him named Dylan Peace and he was also extremely helpful. I told them that I would not be ready in a month or so and they said no problem. They were not pushy at all. They were polite and again the price was the best out there for this particular wood that i wanted. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very helpful and will work with you if you have a budget.

Great service. Not a 5 star because I didn't receive my sample until I reached out to my rep and then he expedited it. this is the second sample I have received and I had no problem with getting my first sample.
